i noticed that too, most of them seem to be human.  the only ones i can think of are the true sith, in TOJ.  and visas and yuthura, they are not human.  as for jedi, there were a few more non-humans, like vandar and zhar, and juhani.

 

 

edit: you can make Bao-Dur a jedi.

Lightside they look the same with a bit more rosy cheeks.

Darkside...not that I've seen. I've done darksides of a couple Kotor2 npc's and one of the female Asian exiles, but that's it.

 

The KotorFanMedia forums might be a place to ask for such things...they have a lot of reference material, or a few people that are sometimes willing to do it. That's a lot of faces tho.

in the kotor2 walkthrough guide thing, it has their faces, LS, neutral, DS

The KotOR tool show that both face models and portraits have 3 versions: normal face, DS 1 (mild transition), and DS 2 (full transition).
