Stop smoking pot and drink a lot of water. Water will fill up the stomach. If you need to eat something eat celery. You won't get fat eating celery for it takes more calories to to eat it than what you get from it.

Its a derivitive of cocaine.

A form of cocaine, in which format the high is concentrated into a single hit that lasts a vanishingly short few seconds. So it has a powerful withdrawal effect.

 

Of course you could also just use heroin. Even though it takes a lot longer to get hooked on, but the price is just as cheap and Afghanistan has it's biggest crop of poppies EVER this year, so the availability and pirce should become even more favourable.

When I was at Bahrain a few years back I observed Ramadam to show respect to the Muslims that I was dealing with on a daily basis.

That's because they give up too soon.

 

Real faith requires an indefinite fast.

You know, I tried that once but almost died in the shower when I couldn't catch my breath, so... bad idea! (My 'indefinite fast' lasted an amazing 24 hours, btw)

I think Ramadan is an excellent idea. A bit of self-restraint once in a while. :)

 

Don't even joke about crack, tho. Some side-effects include becoming a total freak. My brother was leapt upon in a club and had part of his nose bitten off, by a crack addict.

No water. I have concluded that fasting is definitely very unhealthy for the body; and even worse for those who carry a lot of weight around and eats a lot regularly. Yeah, so pixies, I was only joking. Don't fast. EVER!

Start by quitting smoking and alcohol. :) Fasting only works if your mind and spirit are into it.
