October 2, 200520 yr the one where they translated women into .. b i t c h .. is especially bad! Fortune favors the bald.
October 2, 200520 yr Microsoft has also managed to upset women and entire countries. A Spanish-language version of Windows XP, destined for Latin American markets, asked users to select their gender between "not specified," "male" or "bitch," because of an unfortunate error in translation. Priceless.
October 2, 200520 yr I don't know if it's that extreme, but if he drops a hundred-dollar-bill, he's better off keep walking.
October 2, 200520 yr I don't know if it's that extreme, but if he drops a hundred-dollar-bill, he's better off keep walking. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, I never understood that idea. I mean, even if he makes more than a hundred dollars in the time it takes to pick up a hundred dollar bill, if he stopped to pick it up, wouldn't he have the money he makes, plus the hundred dollars? Hawk! Eggplant! AWAKEN!
October 2, 200520 yr Well, they are perilously close to having a monopoly on the computer market. Pracitcally everything is Microsoft. Nah, a few million can't hurt.

October 3, 200520 yr Wow, this thing's ancient I had thought that some of nature's journeymen had made men and not made them well, for they imitated humanity so abominably. - Book of Counted Sorrows 'Cause I won't know the man that kills me and I don't know these men I kill but we all wind up on the same side 'cause ain't none of us doin' god's will. - Everlast
October 3, 200520 yr Wow, this thing's ancient <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And yet still hilarious. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True. October 3, 200520 yr This kind of thing happens all the time. There was a Western company that advertised soap powder in Kuwait showing the dirty clothes to the left, then the clean clothes to the right, forgetting that Arabic speakers read from right to left, so the powder was making the clothes dirty. Most international maps do show Kashmir a different colour to either Pakistan or India. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)

October 3, 200520 yr While engrish.com is a funny site, it isn't quite the same as this. But I see where you're coming from. ^Asinus asinorum in saecula saeculorum
