Hey all,

 

Thought i'd show you my latest streak of inspiration in the form of a badly scanned quick sketch i did last night .

You can interpret it anyway you want; but the way i drew it is that it is Kreia and the Exile, and the Exile is bowing down to Kreia's service.

I also thought that about Kreia, but im not too sure how to make her look older than she does there. (lack of art talent that is)

Kreia looks alright, I just think the exile looks like a young padawan.

 

The art is fine, it looks good, but it just doesn't look "right" if u know what I mean. If u were going for older looking characters then u missed ur mark, but if u draw people younger on purpose, then it looks fine! ;-)

Good piccy. I like it. I admit, they do seem a bit young (Exile especially) but that's just what large Anime eyes does to a guy. Makes them look young.

I'm starting to realize just how little I know of different mediums. I've no idea what a tablet is , or how one would go about using it, and Adobe Photoshop seems immensely complicated (Not to mention expensive). Can't deny that the results are often astonishing though...

 

Perhaps, eventually, I should branch off, away from just pencils and their colored brethren.

 

But first, anatomy. Anybody know of a good site for anatomy research, that can actually help me, with tips and the like, rather than just offering pictures?

I can't help with the anatomy bit, but you should try PMing Kaftan Barlast. He seems to be the resident photoshop ace on the boards. He talks about tablets as well sometimes but I don't really have a clue myself.

Vall - The coloring job is very good already, I really liked how her face turned out .

 

Sorry that I don't have any actual suggestions since I don't know the first thing about digital coloring, but if I am going to be picky then I found that the lightsaber seemed too long at the bottom end unless she is standing on the edge of a platform.

Actually Julian with the exception of Bender (technically - I see him as the same sort of character but yes, appearance wise he's made to look like HK), the other two could easily be themselves - though you are right in as much as Leela (" " noted BTW ) is a Revan-esque main protagonist, and Fry is the Carth-like male companion - though I don't think Carth is nearly as bloody stupid as Fry is
