And what an SNK thing to do, to undercut this powerplay with a terrible AI slop trailer. All that is left to do, is to reveal the two hidden characters as Saudi mandated guests that no one wants in the game.

Oh yeah, the trailer is terribly. Thankfully I learned not to judge the content of the games, by content of trailers 😄 Still one of the most awful trailers in FGC, if not in gaming in general 😄 
Anyway one of the mysterious characters is most likely Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star, which should print money for SNK. The other one? Looking at SNK's current track record, it will be Magnus Carlsen 😄

Turns out they announced a new Life is Strange. Thought the last one flopped so hard that the series is over.

Those reports on RAM shortages, potential discontinuation/limited restocking of 5070 Ti, and potential price hikes of consumer GPUs got to me, and when I saw a very modest discount on a 5070 Ti, I jumped a gun and bought one. I have few weeks to ponder whenever to send it back or not, but am leaning toward keeping it. 5070Ti should keep me going for the next few years, while 3070 is clearly struggling with 1440p when Raytracing is required. Only sad, that I missed discontinuation of AMD's 3D processors for M4 socket. It seems that if I will want to beef up my CPU, I will have to switch the motherboard as well. That's a problem for another day though.

There are rumours, that AMD will go back to AM4 chipsets to “counter” the current environment in PC market. So there might be not everything lost for you, yet.

Oh Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season 2 released yesterday, with QoL and balance changes implemented as well. From first impressions it seems, that from top4 cast (Hokutomaru, Hotaru, Kain, Marco) was Kain nerfsmacked the most, but it still seems that Hokutomaru will still be in Top Tier. Some people are saying, the he will be the strongest character in S2, but most of the S1 lower tier character did not get fully tested yet. My main Terry was slightly buffed, but I am mostly curious, how SNK treated Tizoc, who was the undisputed worst S1 character.

This seems pretty likely from circumstantial evidence; Gigabyte has already released new AM4 motherboards, which suggests they don't see the socket as dead. You'd expect them to just do a new manufacturing run of the old designs under normal circumstances to save on costs.

So, 12th of March Greedfall leaves Early Access and Solasta enters Early Access.

I;ll have to buy a second PC so I can play both at the same time...

Not every steampunk game tries to be Arcanum, but it is THE Steampunk CRPG, so some developers seem to be trying. Granted, 9/10 times the UE5 tend to look and run poorly for me, thus, I am just watching the particular title. 

New Arc Line has some interesting ideas. But there isn't much content yet. And with the devs being Ukrainian, a part of the fanbase isn't certain they'll be able to complete the game.

If/when the next update hits, I'll let you know how it is coming along.
