21 hours ago21 hr Also wasn't a huge Dolly (or country in general) music fan, but still an icon/she was definitely part of my childhood, re: 9-5 film, general music/variety TV appearances - I recall her and Kenny Rogers doing that duet a lot, early 80's - and ofc, Jolene. :D And yes, she wrote a lot of songs and/or others famously covered her songs. I'd consider her one of the big "crossover" artists re: mainstream success re: 70's/80's.===========Tim Curry - still have never fully seen RHPS. ;p but ofc saw/loved him from many other things.
