I will be getting TSL around 3:00pm on Dec, 8th because thats when the Fed Ex guy always gets to my house. I pre-ordered the game from Gamestop with a free 2 day shipping offer. That way I didn't have to pay taxes or waste gas. Now I will be able to buy a meal at Taco Bell with the extra cash I saved. :D " P.S. Yes I know I'm a cheap bastard. <_< Cheers!

Revan is assumed dead after the massacre on Korriban. He is not dead however and is working in the shadows to either save the galaxy or destroy it. Revan has set in motion events that will propel you on a collision course with the Sith, the Republic and Revan himself . You are nothing more than a pawn being manipulated down a path in order to confront your destiny. Cheers!

There is no doubt in my mind there will be a K3 and it will be developed by a 3rd party maybe even Obsidian. The game will be a 2006 Christmas title for XBox2 and PC. The story will take place sometime after the events of K2 and will be the final installment. Thats my guess anyway. Cheers!

The preview says "You play the part of a fallen Jedi that served in the Mandalorian War and was a follower of Darth Malak." Very interesting indeed! This may explain why neither the Sith or Jedi can trust you. I wonder if we will get more background info on Malak & Revan as we learn more about our PC's past. Me like it alot. :cool: Cheers!

As long as the load times for TSL are shorter than Deus Ex IW's for the XBox and Blood Omen's for the PC, I won't really give a crap how long TSL's are. Cheers!

Don't you think the reviewer would have mentioned something like that? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Reviews of K1 never mentioned the game ending Mission glitch or the galaxy droid. Well OXM said the story was better than K1 and IGN says its weaker. I guess story is in the eye of the reviewer. Although both agree it is a good story. I wonder if we can tweak the difficulty as we could in the origional. Cheers!

The bugs are what worry me the most. The review said there are more in TSL than there were in K1. I luckly never got the Mission Leviathan glitch in the first game but the poor bastards who did had to restart their games from the very begining. I dont wanna have to walk on egg shells while playing TSL constantly worrying if I save at the wrong spot at the wrong time that my save will be corrupted. I was one of the few XBox owners who was troubled by the Dec release date and wanted the game to be released when it was finished and not a day sooner. Now as far as the other gripes IGN had I am not so worried about them. The story will boil down to personal preference as to wether you like TSL's or K1's better. As far as the graphics go we all new it was going to be the same engine so it's no suprise that the graphics arn't blowing peoples minds like Doom III. On the positive side TSL sounds like it is ripe with replayability and I really like the new influence mechanic. The NPC's sound interesting and dynamic. The voice acting was said to be top notch which was something I was never worried about. All in all if the game can give me two or three play throughs at 25-30 hours each without any game ending bugs it will be money well spent. Cheers!

I never killed Zal on DS. I always had him kill mission securing myself a DS wookiee body guard for life. As for the video the force powers look just like they did in K1 to me. Thats not a bad thing in my opinion but it's nothing too ooo and ahh about either. Personally story will make or break this game for me so like Homer said "The journey is the thing." Cheers!

TSL will be a 20 to 30 hour game end of story. This is not Morrowind GOTY edition people. Perhaps Gamepro assumes you will play through TSL 4 or 5 times which would indeed total 100+ hours of gameplay. Cheers!

I wouldn't worry about what Maxim thinks. Maxim gave Driver 3 a 5/5 and it was hands down one of the worst games this year. Eskimos dwelling in igloos know more about games and gaming than Maxim does. Who reads that dung pile of a magazine anyway? Thanks for the heads up Master. Nothing new there for me, but it's nice to see Obsidian & Lucas Arts making an effort to fill others in on the events leading up to TSL. Now is it just me or is Jedi Master OOD BNAR's race one of the lamest Star Wars races of all time? For me they are second only to the Gungans. Freakin tree Jedi give me a break. As if Jedi arn't already hippie enough. Cheers!

I think Sion will suprise a lot of doubters especially since Lance Henriksen aka Bishop from Aliens is doing the voice acting. At first I thought he was going a little over the top with his approach to Sion's voice, but I soon realized from visiting the TSL site and hearing more dialogue that wasn't the case. I look forward to having Sion's back story pardon the pun fleshed out in TSL. Cheers!
