Playing through Brynnlaw and Spellhold using only quicksave then starting a new game and immediately quicksaving and overwriting 4 hours of advancement after getting Minsc and Jaheira out of their cages. Oh, and there's no stakes in Spellhold, but there IS a vampire coffin which you must impale in order to get through the dungeon. Guess what I forgot to take with me when leaving Amn?

And The Two Thrones is a decent work too. Ubi is destined for great things.

Take heed however, that it's highly unlike, in fact it's impossible that your story idea would be even considered or read by a dev. You do understand that writers actively seek to avoid outside influence because that way noone can blame them for stealing intelligent property. Not to mention the fact that K3 is not being made.

I think Sims is a strategy game. Your units have needs and you have to gather resources to fulfill them. Also, there's no set goal, but it's all a big sandbox.

I thought both first and second game were abysmal, but the third one's demo took me by suprise. It was more than decent. I'd get the full game, but I don't really trust the reviews.
