  1. I liked the voice. Kinda cold, which fit the video. Overall, the video reminded me of the IWD 2 intro and the Thief mission briefings, thanks to stop motion style. Nice, very nice.
  2. First I was excited, since the concept art was really good. Then I remembered this was Bioware and console-only. Oh well.
  3. HR.com is the best thing since baked bread...or Torment.
  4. Edge of Sanity - The Other Side big meh.
  5. ELP -The Barbarian Heck, I feel like reading some Howard.
  6. Inon Zur - Opening(T2T OST)
  7. Dear Drabek Would you be so kind as to educate me on that reference's origins? Thank you, a concerned reader. Edit: "Mus?: It's a Beatles reference. Back half of Abbey Road." And I didn't get it.
  8. Since we have to face the Shadow King(or whatever) eventually, this could very well turn into working with some sun god and saving the continent from mass-undeadification-thing. But that's not really an issue.
  9. I agree with Gromnir. Getting a piece of an artifact lodged into you accidently doesn't sound very prophetic. Not to mention the fact that you seem to be on a quest to save your ass. Granted; K2 had the exact same quest at the start yet ti branched off and eventually became a "save-the-world"-quest, from what I can tell. This doesn't have to happen to NWN, however. On the topic of the article, well I didn't get anything new out of it. At least, anything I couldn't have guessed myself(ton of class combinations, gainable special classes, effects of alignment). Yet, it was an interesting read, too bad about the horrible site design. Thanks.
  10. No problems with Fallout 2 either. I don't know about Fallout 1, never owned a copy.
  11. Well, I guess E3's must be pretty terrible if you only play games from one genre and your tastes are...finely refined.
  12. Kray****! Ehmm...this is the best RTS since DoW, but dammit the campaign suddenly got hard.
  13. Bioshock, Offset, Dark Messiah, DoW:Dark Crusade, Mark of Chaos and possibly PG/PNJ? I'm happy.
  14. To those not in "the know", Battlecookie is no longer. He doesn't exist and has not moderating rights(obviously). You can see the current moderators from the forum index. The poster above, however, is the same user as Battlecookie, just under a different name. Now lock this bitch up.
  15. I agree with the swedu above. Pretty much the only worthwhile thing from the M&M license is the Heroes series nowadays. It's high time that changed.
  16. Baley's interweb slong just grew by a few inches. Seriously, I know I'm very shallow, but even yours truly noticed how much the articles author was brownnosing his audience. I wouldn't call it arrogent. I'd call it PR.
  17. How do you know?
  18. We missed you Lou. *silence* Well, I did.
  19. They have yet to claim that Dark Messiah has anything to do with M&M. I would stop whining, since Arkane seems to know what they are doing.
  20. Meta wrote: "US citizens make better eating, with all that extra fat..." You wrote: "We fatten ourselves up to be eaten..." I wrote:"The thin, aka everyone else except you, will survive..." I was replying to you. I obviously meant the US, since it was what you were conversing about. Surrepfaltus just happened to post when I was writing. I win. YOU LOSE.
  21. Everyone else except US /= Europe Well, it's not like two thirds of the world matter.
  22. Great. More manlove for us then.
  23. I concur. It'd be extra awesome if you could freeze bodies of water with it, or freeze goblins to solid blocks to use in the obligatory jumping puzzles.
