  1. Actually, of the single player of FL, "Diablo in space" is a very good approximation. I mean, it's a loot hunt right? The more you get the better you advance and get new levels and ships. There's none of the complexity multiplayer brings, it's just shooting stuff in space and some minor trading(Alien artifacts to Planet Manhattan <3).
  2. The Black Company books, right?
  3. A very thorough technical lead.
  4. That's wholly up to you, sir. My offer stills stands. Does anyone know where Eldar really is? Or Cantousent?
  5. Yeah, you wouldn't ahppen to know if he is online, ShadowPaladin?
  6. I think we do, Llyr. I think he might be on a vacation or something. Or I've misunderstood a TADS-thread. I often do.
  7. You, sir, have a meeting of cuffawkly magnitude tonight.
  8. What is this? The zing-night? You have to give it to Revan_Returns that he has made quite a headway textwise. Attitude is a bit of problem still though.
  9. You have a good point, Julian. I do miss Eldar, even more than I miss that jerk Roleplayer.
  10. Is that the gothy Moonspell or the Wolfheart-awesomeness Moonspell? Thy Serpent - A traveller of unknown
  11. Yes. With enough effort we can form this into a private internet fad.
  12. Well, yeah. Metal is largely about being as manly as possible. Of course homosexuality is a big part of it. Horgh and Abbath are a big part of it too. Thy Serpent - Of darkness and light Most fail, this doesn't.
  13. And I'm not sure what you mean by "criticism", "style" or "creativity", when you admit to liking and maybe even participating in DBZ fan fiction :D
  14. Impaled Northern Moonforest - Now that is grim and frostbitten.
  15. Dragonball Z? Ok, I thought I was cuffawkling with someone of moderate age? Nevermind me. Or taste.
  16. http://nickwylie.com/EB/Eastern_Greek_Theme.mp3
  17. Out of interest; give me an example of worthy fan-fiction. At least the subject, if you please.
  18. Hehe, that's why it's fan fiction. It's done by fans for fans. It doesn't need criticism, not even constructive, it's writers don't need any prequisities and nor does it need outside opinions. What you think is "crappy" is a non-issue, since the fiction is theirs. I can't argue whether it's done "from the heart" like some like to say or whether it's just idle scribbling to pass time, but the fact remains that it's a product of fandom. Of course, you could argue that since you yourself are a fan, the fan text/video/other media needs to be of decent quality by your standards, but that would be, for lack of a better term, lame. Ah, cuffawkling.
  19. So you can't grasp the idea? Ok then.
  20. Yeah, I agree, but excercising a bit of internet cuffawkle first has never hurt anyone.
  21. Sorry to be a bit blunt here, Darth Hades, but that's bullpoo. You either haven't grasped the idea of fan fiction yet or have a rare sympathy impairment. Cut the dude some slack, your nick is Darth Hades for Iahve's sake! How are you an authority on this? Or anything? Your fake book English just makes it worse, don't be a wannabe internet tough guy. Because frankly, you don't want to be "That Guy". Believe me, I've been one.
  22. Hah, I wish. I wish I had modeling skills.
  23. That sucks balls. My condolences.
