I hope they leave it dead. BG story is done and spiritual successors can be named something else. I for one don't want entirely different writers who have most likely different goals and targets in mind to touch the BG saga. What the heck would you base a third game around anyway? Bhaalspawn's progeny? Seems like grasping at straws to me. Can we agree that an original IP at least has a lot more potential?

Not in a crpg. If this was pnp, then sure, I'd agree with you. But as it is, buff and the highest possible damage spells are the only ones players are going to use extensively. Fireball, fireball, fireball? You bet.

Can't you get the information from character creation eventually? The feat descriptions should be readable even if they are greyed out. Unless NWN 2 has it differently. And of course, for example, you can't read the Great Cleave information without having normal Cleave, since the button comes into the space taken by the Cleave feat previously.

That or a prison rpg. Bow one way, bend over the other. :D

On that note, perhaps I shouldn't use the school internet to watch porn. Edit: Eh, I missed you post, D. Yeah, yu'd think it's an interesting subject, birth of democracy, awesome war history, Imperialism and the absolutely inspiring indrustial revolution, but my god the materials we are given are dry. I'm looking at a 4/5 score, tops. I just can't take the effort to get further than skin deep in all of these subjects. Fortunately, the exam is pretty free-form. You have to choose 2 essay subjects from 6 predetermined subjects(Roman Britain, Second Empire, The Great Reform, Glorious Revolution, etc) and then write a couple of pages for each.

I'm thinking how awesome Fall of Hyperion was and how vastly more coherent it was. I'm also thinking that I should probably read those 40 page essays on the second British empire and post-war Britain. I should.

Me too. The second I win humongous sum of money, I will pass it on to Relic. The lead designer has stated numerous times that if funds allowed, they'd like to make one. I voted for new IP, but if PNJ is gonna be awesome enough to buy it to my friend's console, I can settle for a Vampire game. Though I doubt White Wolf wants another Bloodlines.

And it's not really an rpg either. Or a game. More like a novel with graphics. Yeah.
