  1. at level 50, every single stinking dark jedi or assassin hits you for major damage no matter how high your defense is...70+ defense.... then you really use up energy shields..
  2. yeah...the jedi armor is so sucky...dark robes look great...but robes are not as useful as the jedi armor... any robes that you can upgrade can only take the enviromental upgrade or the bio regeneration upgrade..
  3. any of the jedi light armors are best... put energy immunity overlay AND underlay, you can make yourself immune to 60% of lightsabre attacks..

  5. the only ones that count are ataru and shien forms... ataru increases threat range by one point.. shien quadruples critical hit multiplier...using master power attack, and two keen lightsabres, my consular weapon master str build can sometimes hit for 240 points IN A SINGLE HIT...

  7. consular weapon master... no one will like my stats...playable only by someone who's already played thru at least once... str 16 dex 8 con 16 int 16 wis 8 cha 8 18 con and int...(implants and high skills) 8 points into str. first 3 feats as consular...security, stealth, and computers into class skills... at high enough levels, i can get 30 points into every skill...including demolitions which becomes a class skill when i convert into weapon master. i rely on items to boost wis, dex, cha to acceptable stats for specific purposes... by making jedi force armor with powerful underlays and overlays, i don't care about defense... the most powerful energy over lay and underlay will give you 60% immunity to energy, which totally beats the most powerful defense stats...especially at difficult level.
  8. kreia is absolutely neutral in the game... that would mean she can finally use darkside only items... (w00t)
  9. Force Storm works fine for both LS and DS characters. Also, by the time you can cast Force Storm, you probably already have a good sized reservoir of force points (unless you made an unwise, uncharismatic Guardian / Weapons Master or Sith Maurader), so the drain shouldn't be too bad, even if you are full LS. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> even a unwise uncharismatic weapon master or guardian can use force storm often...simply exploit force body...
  10. the exile's scores are used to fix t3m4 to fully upgrade him... also, the exiles scores are used to repair the robot in pazaak den nar shadda also the exile's scores are used to sabotage the robot in nar shadda... awareness, 4-6 points is good to get extra dialog options for certain quests... the exile's scores are used to fix the landspeeder... see? lots of times, you need skills yourself...
  11. yes...weapon specialization implant for ranged combat... immunty implant for poison protection perceptual d series to boost force powers physical boost d series for melee combat skills d series for making things...
  12. except i never ever liked sentinel...prefer guardian or consular... consular weapon master will be incredibly powerful...
  13. I think that's the best damage combination for lightsabers. You can create a powerful lightsaber without using any power crystals. Oh course, power crystals make you even deadlier!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> no... solari personal crystal master fencing emitter ultimate diatum energy cell improved beam gem lens use with shien form, master power attack and master speed, sometimes, once every 5 hits, you will do quadruple critical hit multipier, and do over 200 points in a single hit...single hit...single hit...
  14. its even better... the telgorn jolt cell does 1-8 damage...5 damage is better than the average damage of the jolt cell.. best of all, if you use keen sabres, and you manage a critical hit using master power attack with shien form... it does 20 damage which is added to the other damage of the components and any crystals you have... critical hit on power attack= 3x critical hit multipier, add 1 to critical hit multiplier shien form.... now the telgorn, because it does a range of damage is not multiplied on a critical hit...
  15. computer, demolitions, persuade, repair...(max out) you need good stats in computer and repair to fully upgrade T3, and get the nice stats bonus in wisdom for yourself. saving computer spikes is very useful for longer missions where you can run out. high repair means you get the most components. computer, demo, repair are necessary for some of the nicest upgrade items in the game... demo is important to get mines to be made into implants or stims, or turned into components...also, always keep a few handy for opening damaged containers. you only need 6 total rank points in security at difficult setting to open 99.9% of the doors and containers in the game. stealth is not very important, as an npc will always have it when you need it. treat injury is not very important until you've maxed out the four above. heal powers for lightside and drain life for dark means you rarely need it... oh yeah...don't go above 30 for any skill...20 on a tight budget... i have int 18, which is great for critical hit mod, certain dialog options open up all the time, and enough skillpoints for my consular/weapon master.
  16. the higher your level, the better the loot... some of the 18 implants are so utterly powerful. the physical boost d series, not the one you can make, but the good one will boost str, dex and con all by 3...seriously useful... here's a trick... the multiphase targetting visor? the one that requires rifle and blaster specialization? the weapons specialization implant will allow you to equip that item.... the immortality implant is very useful for some builds where you can't afford the feats for toughness... ALL my organic npcs will get 18 con this time around....just for the implants.. "
  17. don't forget the warfare upgrade.... imagine him firing a fully upgraded mandalorian heavy repeater... the droids have some serious advantages as ranged combatants in the game...agrinium armor will block 50% of all energy attack...and some of the high end armor is even better, i think.. actually, as you go up in level, the droid stuff like plasma thrower and molten cannon become less powerful in comparison to your pistols and rifles...but its still fun to toast someone with flame throwers... yeah...hk and t3 and goto are all seriously powerful with the right armor in this game...
  18. the most powerful weapons in the game are two singles... maybe make the double bladed do double base damage to compensate? or really drop their threat range... cause you can literally do 200+ damage in a single hit with two single blades if you use the right combination of feats, and upgrades... i pull out my double blade only for killing droids, and when i just feel like seeing the really cool animation for master fury...
  19. You can use the underlays with the Robes. It's not much, but it is better than nothing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> the only underlays you can use are the bio regen underlay and the enviro protect underly.. both really sucketh... with the jedi armor, you can add energy resistance up to 60, which augmented with other items and force powers makes you immune to lightsabres...

  21. if you're on dantooine or dxun or really getting sick of the maze in nar shadda, people use the force speed series to get around fast... but the blurring of the screen made me nausious after a while... then i tried using force sight after casting force speed... no blurring, and you can see just fine... i use force speed more now, without feeling sick...

  23. i am playing consular watchman now, and its indecently powerful... picked demolitions as class skills for my first feat, and since its the only skill not a class skill for both consular and watchman, i have class skills for everything else without spending a feat on it... master force focus, and disabling powers+sneak attack is obscene... (w00t) i have enough feats now to get full precise shot, master power attack and master power blast...high con, with a native con of 18, there are so many great type D implants... more than enough powers, especially after the boost from consular levels...in fact, leveling kreia up, i realized that consulars get TOO MANY force powers, i really am running out of force powers for her to select...cause there are some really sucky ones...revitalize is so useless and force aura is bugged... the only thing i dislike is the lightside mastery for watchman...+3 con is a drop in the bucket for me at this point... thankfully, i still keep my +3 wis for lightside mastery in consular... great defense, greater prestige sense is very helpful... the only things i miss are inspire followers, since battle meditation is so much weaker, and shorter, and force enlightenment... absolutely the most powerful class combo in the game...seriously, more powerful in melee than a weapon master (sneak attack damage is really better) and as much force as a jedi master, with my high wisdom.
