  1. The issue with not being able to cancel the character creation process is listed as a known issue in the patch notes: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/68200-backer-beta-build-278-is-live/?do=findComment&comment=1501494
  2. Writing elaborate patch notes takes quite a bit of time that can be spent else where actually fixing issues. I don't think we need them at this point in development. I'd say that this depends on what you mean by "elaborate" patch notes. There should be some patch notes, even it's just a list of all the bugs that've been fixed and all of the changes that have been made as this is hugely helpful for testers (as I can attest from my day job!). One of the devs on here has already mentioned that they're using a bug tracker and most (if not all of those) are capable of a report showing what's been resolved in a particular period so I wouldn't be surprised if that's basically what we'll get...
  3. If you want to upload your save game, you can do so by zipping it and then uploading it.
  4. [Description of the issue] When saving a game and there are enough saves for the list to be larger than the available space, the borders from the screenshot and party avatar images appears above and below the list. [DETAILED list of steps to reproduce the issue AND what to look for] 1) Save the game repeatedly, creating at least 7 unique saves. 2) Go back into the save game screen, and scroll the list up and down. 3) Note that the recesses / borders continue to be displayed even when the image is partially or fully hidden (i.e. above or below the edge of the list area). [Expected behaviour] The borders should be hidden once the relevant section of the list is scrolled out of view. [Other remarks / Comments] This also happens if you expand the save game listing for one of your other characters and this makes the list larger than the available space.
  5. Is it just me, or does that blond guy on the right (directly under the word "out" in the speech bubble) look like he's standing in a hole?
  6. With regards to item three, the following could be considered a very small spoiler, so just to be safe I've marked it as such:
  7. To be honest, I'm surprised that loot hightlighting's not in there already...especially as it's possible for loot to be hidden behind things...
  8. Happened to me as well - the entire fight was over in about 10 seconds flat, and not in a good way
  9. I managed to open that locked door (to the "north" of the cutscene place) with just the basic rogue - no upgrades and no lockpicks. I did come to another place (see spoiler) where my rogue didn't seem to want to interact with a locked door and I noticed that not only did the door not open but I didn't get the usual "x Mechanics Required" type message either, so I'm thinking that there may be a bug with lockpicking doors...
  10. Try saving and reloading. It won't get rid of the blight but it might let you move it again. Just tried and reloading a save game does indeed get the blight moving again, thanks!
  11. When I enter the inn, I find a bunch of items on the floor: Fine Small Shield Fine Sword Fine Warhammer Fine Hatchet I've attached my quicksave - if you exit the inn and then re-enter you should see the items on the floor, these can be picked up and then the process repeated... quicksave.zip
  12. As I posted elsewhere, I've seen this happen with the rain blight from the druid's "Conjure Lesser Blight" spell.
  13. I've also seen this, in the inventory where the "W" in "Weapon Sets" became extremely large. I've also seen places where odd upper or lower case letters are appearing in the middle of words (e.g. "WeapOn Sets" is currently appearing in my inventory).
  14. I've also seen this, but my rain blight refuses to move anywhere so I'm now stuck in a dungeon and can't get out.
  15. To reproduce: Go into the Options menu Go into the Controls submenu Scroll to the bottom of the list. Note that the text and boxes for the last item fades out Using Windows 7, 64-Bit., NVidia Geforce GTX 770 @1680x1050, Driver v340.52
