seems some people need attention even when their most recent ludicrous notion ain't specific being addressed. blast doors? *insert eye roll here* nevertheless, gotta applaud the sense o' teamwork on the double-down daisy chain being crafted. aside, the following is a decent run-down o' the jeffrey clark testimony issues (edit: recognize the second-to-last twitter response is editorializing as 'posed to analysis): the fifth amendment isn't a blanket insulator. mr. clark may still be compelled to appear before the committee and respond to questions. force clark to specific respond to those queries which might warrant the application o' 5th amendment protections, 'cause will be any number o' interrogatories which have no chance for self-incrimination but might very well imperil others. HA! Good Fun!

you have never met teens? overwhelming disparities in power and/or obvious catastrophic consequences do not represent viable deterrents for a significant % ordinary kids who regardless o' actual intelligence will remain preternatural foolish and self destructive for some indefinite number of years. 'course most obvious hurdle is that if you introduce firearms you necessarily introduce accidents which will predictable and inevitable result in fatalities... likely far more fatalities from accident and general misfortune than the deterrent value could possible warrant. ... we expect this were not a serious suggestion by malcador... save for your recent expressed preference for a lethal conclusion. 'course the mod with similar questionable judgement would double-down in this situation. am gonna embrace uncharacteristic positive thinking and hope for a better resolution, m'kay? HA! Good Fun!

What You've Done Today - But you… have elected… the way of… pain!

tell her you are a traditionalist and you are insisting on an actual peppercorn. ... am hesitating to mention this, but am having serious second thoughts 'bout selling our real property unless we immediate turn around and indulge in our smaug portfolio plan, but by summer it may be too late to take advantage o' such-- gold maybe outta reach by then. last thing we want with inflation rising and no visible ceiling in sight is to be sitting on a big pile o' cash, seeing as how cash is what is most dramatic losing value as inflation increases. other than our real property, we don't have much in the way o' tangible assets, with the exception o' our two buicks and our roberto clemente rookie card. we do have an extreme large collection o' paperback books, but am doubting the books have much value, particular as many o' them is missing covers and/or being held together with liberal applications o' tape. am actual surprised by how much we enjoyed the first two episodes. the main character, in spite o' being sooper skilled and smarter than everybody is hapless and entitled to a degree we would typical find off-putting-- is good reasons why we shouldn't like her, but we do. hawkeye is doing an almost comical mumbly-grumbly weary warrior bit. he wants to get home for christmas? *groan* we like him too. sue us. admitted, we got no problem with smaller scope than save the universe, and pacing feels fine as there is a fair amount of action and when plot isn't being advanced, characters is being humorous and generally likeable. so far the guy being set up as the Big Bad is meh, but we liked him in better call saul, so am gonna give it some time, and perhaps he ain't the big bad at all. am not familiar enough with the kate bishop and hawkeye comics to recognize what might be spoiler fare. regardless, hawkeye ain't taking itself sooper serious and am ok with that, but eventual the plot elements is gonna need build to something more than increasing complex efforts to be fixing kate's predictable blunders. so far is the marvel show we has most enjoyed since daredevil and jessica jones and such an observation is in spite o' the absence o' a vincent denofrio or david tennant villain to aid in the story development, though admitted those two didn't show themselves in the first couple episodes (killgrave at the very end o' episode 2 for jessica jones) and we were already invested in both titles. *sigh* is not huge, and am certain is being addressed based on some feedback which 'course doesn't actual happen at their boards, but the following were a minor problem addressed in the last patch: "Latverk could appear in the streets next to his house again after his death. We... took measures to ensure he stays dead;" the measures owlcat took were not having him appear at all following conversations with red mask-- no way to advance the quest. problem solved? anyways, has been suggested a hotfix is forthcoming this week to correct that which owlcat broke. am going extreme slow through chapter four with our azata, so is other material with which we will be able to distract our self until the aforementioned quest is capable o' completion. am gonna concede how after booby trap and galaxy's child, taking geordi serious became a bit more difficult. possibly redeemed self by season seven, but seeing as is going on 30 years since those embarrassing episodes and we still recall 'em first when we think o' geordi, is not a good sign. kinda like the idea o' casting her as the illusive man. HA! Good Fun! -
agree with point 1. didn't even know 'bout point 2, 3, 4, or 8... shows how little we followed the trial. #5 complaint were... odd. picking outta a tumbler were peculiar but didn't strike us unfair. looked bad for a public trial as it were indeed unusual and were gonna draw criticism for the theatrics, so why do it? not a huge concern though. gonna suggest #6 is not properly analyzed in the video as typical the judge woulda' allowed a bit o' time to fix the handicap o' the evidence given the ad hoc nature o' his ruling. sure, if this were a known defect before trial 'cause the judge or some clear rule o' evidence prohibited such video, then burden would be on the prosecution to present proper evidence at trial. ain't what happened. judge declares previously admissible evidence functional inadmissible 'cause o' some technical foible? unless time to fix error were prohibitive, then prosecution shoulda' had an opportunity to cure the previous unknown defect. #7 was a problem for us. big problem actually. was not just "sloppy." were particular egregious as the judge seemed complete aware the defense witness were military as he specific referenced the guy before he asked for applause. video narrator undersells this one by a fair bit. were genuine jaw dropping kinda "sloppy." 'course missing is the other big issue we had: the aforementioned ruling on the weapon in rittenhouses' possession. HA! Good Fun!

For Decades, Southern States Considered Thanksgiving an Act of Northern Aggression have never been a big fan o' pumpkin pie, but am thinking o' making it an essential part o' our thanksgiving meal prep henceforth. HA! Good Fun!

am not a fan o' hate crime enhancements, but we were an admitted near lone voice in the wilderness on this one even back in the 90s when the current scheme went into effect. 49 states sent briefs in support o' wisconsin when the case o' wisconsin v. mitchell 508 U.S. 476 (1993) were before the Court. J. Rhenquist, a guy who woulda' had trump declaring Alito a RINO if he were still around to act as a kinda conservative yardstick to be measured 'gainst, delivered a unanimous opinion. to say hate crimes enhancements had overwhelming public and scholarly support would be understatement. if you kill somebody, am thinking we put you in prison or execute you for the murder and not 'cause o' your expressed viewpoint on gender, race or whatnot. am not indulging a slippery slope kinda argument, but is one o' those unnecessary grey areas. particularly nowadays when we got so much division regarding foundational notions o' bigotry and racism, enhancements based on the expressed viewpoint o' the criminalized has the potential for abuse, and such enhancements should be largely unnecessary save that strict sentencing guidelines has taken from judges some o' their flexibility in punishing particular vile nogoodniks... and fact judges like the one in the rittenhouse case exist. didn't check, but am suspecting the rittenhouse judge were elected as 'posed to appointed. would explain a few things. and look, am getting it. try and pretend as if ordinary criminal trespass and property vandalism carries the same threat as does burning a cross on the front lawn o' a black family is delusional. however, the Court mere a year previous to wisconsin v. mitchell, struck down a law which made hate related actions in st. paul minnesota illegal. the Rhenquist opinion is arguable sound but nevertheless indulging in a bit o' the svengali approach to logic and reason if a short time previous you did rail 'gainst the viewpoint discrimination o' a law which punishes bad thinkers, but is ok to add enhancements for punishments 'cause o' same bad thoughts held by a defendant. in rav, the Court took the opportunity to speak in big terms 'bout fairness and the sanctity o' the First Amendment-- were impressive soap box material and very quotable. wisconsin v. mitchell is not quotable. J. Rhenquist in mitchell does everything possible to make us recognize that enhancements is not 'bout First Amendment even if the state is punishing a person to a greater extent specific 'cause o' their expressed viewpoint, but he used arcane precedent and procedural arguments as 'posed to talk o' fairness and right. regardless, gonna note conservatives were very much supportive o' hate crime enhancements in the 90s, jic some folks wanna rail 'bout the injustice o' such. HA! Good Fun!

fixed. am thinking rodgers should do everything in his power to never say "covid." ever. aside: having had a significant turf toe injury, am able to say it were more painful than broken toes we have had, which were all hairline kinda things. is a number o' pro football players who had to retire 'cause o' their turf toe never healing quite right and causing functional insurmountable pain which limited their performance. not just pansy wrs neither. 'course am expecting many breaks woulda been more painful than the turf toe injury we suffered. have had any number o' sprains worse than breaks and the sprains took longer to heal as well. is nothing special 'bout being broken which makes inherent more painful than turf toe. as such is perhaps more evidence you should not take medical advice from rogan or rodgers. but again, rodgers should develop enough common sense to avoid the covid issue even if he thinks he is being funny. HA! Good Fun! ps broke our hand in multiple places playing basketball for chrissakes. got karate chopped. took us a day and a half before we went to the doctor at which point they expressed some surprise at our seeming indifference. *chuckle* gonna admit we got a bit light-headed when we saw the x-ray. am glad we were sitting down at the time 'cause the shock o' the x-ray (which looked dramatic) had the world kinda tilt on its side for a moment.

if kingmaker is any measure, wotr will never be fixed. is just a matter o' it being fixed enough to be playable, which is an admitted highly subjective threshold. don't hold your breath waiting for fixed. that said, am not sure how one guesses as to whether or not the game is stable enough to be playable. playability, we would argue, is also extreme build dependent. most o' the major quest bugs has been addressed, which is a pleasant shock. however, a few builds is hurt more than a little by bugs which has been 'round since at least the first beta. at some point waiting is gonna be offering severe diminishing returns, unless yours is a build which is crippled by bugs and if such is the case, you may never see a real fix. but am gonna repeat, 'cause am genuine surprised by the admission, most major quest bugs has been addressed by owlcat. new bugs do indeed pop up with each patch, but wotr quests is in a far better place than we woulda' imagined for late november if you had asked us to prognosticate in the month pre-release. HA! Good Fun! -
the thing is, you people is actual talking 'bout avocado oil. not the same thing as avocadoes. millennial happens to be out o' avocados, so she gets avocado oil outta the pantry and drizzles over her toast? nope. out of avocado oil for that pan seared ribeye, but got guacamole and kinda smear that on the steak before throwing it into the pan? nope. oil+vinnegar+egg+water+lemon juice salt and possibly pepper. maybe mustard. you end up with dressing. *shrug* store bought stuff messes with expectations. can be delicious. "Fixed the mechanics of the Pillar of Life spell to match the description. Playful Darkness is watching you!" p00p. HA! Good Fun! ps pillars should remain a good tactic for playful darkness, but the repeatable damage were an extreme nice bonus though were admitted exploitable. -
store bought mayonnaise is kinda like store bought white bread in that it looks approximate like what it is mimicking and it functions the same, but shelf stable wonder bread, or even better varieties, still don't taste like a slice from a loaf you made yourself. as for mayos, have had dukes and has a nice vinegar tang to it. primal is a decent avocado variety, but has a kinda unique flavor perhaps attributable to the inclusion o' rosemary extract-- mayhap you don't want your mayo to taste like pine. hellman's/best foods is... inoffensive. sir kensington's is what am likely to buy if am not willing to pull out the stick blender and just make our self, which is what we usually do. the problem with homemade is not so much the effort as it is the amount and the shelf life. one egg's worth o' mayo is usual far more mayo than we need at a given time and then we have a bit less than a week before the remainder goes bad. ingredients for dukes: Soybean oil, eggs, water, distilled and cider vinegar, salt, oleoresin paprika, natural flavors, calcium disodium EDTA added to protect flavor. Contains: Eggs ingredients for sir kensington's avocado oil mayo: Avocado Oil, Organic Certified Humane Free Range Egg Yolks, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Lime Oil. ingredients for sir kensington's classic organic: Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Certified Humane Free Range Egg Yolks, Water, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Lemon Juice, Citric Acid. btw, am as likely as any to mock californian gastronomical peculiarities, however if am grabbing a neutral oil to make mayo, avocado is gonna be a far more obvious choice than would be soybean. am not a fan o' canola for mayo. peanut is a good choice and if am on a stir fry bender, then chances are we got decent peanut oil at hand. sunflower is near top o' the list. regardless, a neutral oil is what you want for your mayo and avocado is an obvious and not particular californian option. HA! Good Fun! ps grapeseed oil might be the most tasteless/neutral oil and and as such is a good starting place for a homemade mayo effort. peanut is decided less neutral but we like it. sue us. in fact, have frequent used some light olive oils which add flavour to a mayo, though is obvious not gonna work for everybody. regardless, we would recommend grapeseed as kinda the "best" neutral oil for mayo... with the acknowledgement grapeseed oil will add a green hue to your finished product which may be disconcerting to a few o' you.

perhaps indulging in an unnecessary ego stroke, seeing as how this repeats much o' our earlier observations save for a bit o' unnecessary complication, am gonna wholehearted agree with the assessments and conclusions, though 'course he bothered to delve and we just couldn't bring our self to care. HA! Good Fun! late ps: while it were noted in the vid how on a macro level the case is interesting as it is yet another statistic which shows how different defendants is treated based on their race, sex and whatnot, am thinking the commentator left out a detail which Gromnir also failed to mention save in the same tangential manner-- money. the rittenhouse defense was robust sourced via crowdfunding. is unlikely anybody regular posting on this board coulda' afforded the rittenhouse defense and defendant money is not one o' those common collected data points. poor people get public defenders, who are actual quite competent in spite o' many tv portrayals. rich people get the best defense money can buy. ordinary folks get the best defense they can afford, which as often as not, is mediocre.

no, you were noticeable quiet regarding those individuals, which is why we asked what makes this incident different? as to imputing non-verified characteristics, ordinarily we would assume an attempt at irony, but the obvious lack o' self awareness on your part, given your current efforts, is just too rich. so again, since you chose not to answer and instead attempted to deflect, what makes darrel e. brooks different? why does dp choose to make assumptions 'bout motives and regarding how "they" will label? regardless o' the lack o' information regarding mr. brooks, as you already admitted you were silent 'bout previous accused mass killers while now you is posting machinegun style 'bout mr. brooks. you is making assumptions 'bout motives and behaviours w/o information to support conjecture. so again, what is different 'bout mr. brooks given what you actual know as 'posed to guessing? btw, it don't matter what mr. brooks eventual motivations is. at this point we is left to wonder why you fixate 'pon mr. brooks given a previous record o' reticence. HA! Good Fun! ps just an aside, complete unrelated to the topic at hand, is noteworthy the boulder shooter were originally identified as a "white male" suspect by numerous media sources. were a few pundits who, after the fact, apologized for their hasty generalizations. regardless, initially, the shooter were described by police and media as caucasian.
-
something about this accused mass killer has caught dp's attention. unfortunate, there is typical one or two mass killing events every year in the US, but this one is somehow special for dp. pittsburgh synagogue killer? el paso supermarket shooter? no accusations 'bout how "they" will label the suspect from dp then, yes? ordinarily we wouldn't indulge such speculation, but seeing as how dp is clear doing so, he has kinda opened the door, yes? so what might be different 'bout darrell e. brooks that, given dp's posting history, might explain a curious fascination and need to indulge in whataboutism even before he gots any info worth sharing? it's a mystery... or is it? am just asking questions. ... we mentioned tucker carlson earlier. gotta love his transparent just asking questions shtick. am wondering if dp is a fan? HA! Good Fun!
-
HA! Good Fun!
-
of course, which is exact why fox is successful. they sell you what you want to hear. you mistake the tucker's ability to play his audience for insight. as already noted, is possible to find ways to hear the message o' both sides o' a debate w/o supporting the overt liars and unabashed charlatans. HA! Good Fun!
-
the biggest mistake villeneuve made in his dune is the failure to recognize the pug factor. a couple minutes o' scenes with pugs coulda' changed the whole tone o' the film. maybe not. HA! Good Fun!

yeah, but you specific failed to mention iwd2, where story elements got worse than the original... or poe2, which even if you like the game (as does Gromnir btw), am gonna suggest you are taking liberties if you claim narrative qualities improved compared to the original. of particular note, as referenced earlier in this thread, josh benefitted by having excellent writers for poe2 and unlike iwd2 we weren't talking 'bout a rush job. iwd were a major rush job btw, and still impresses us how beautiful that game looked and sounded... and still looks and sound. david ogden stiers narration coupled with the storybook slides as 'posed to clunky cgi effors, advanced a story which we has on numerous occasions observed exceeded bg1 even if iwd had no companions and were so much more limited in terms o' storytelling opportunities. twelve man team for penitent? then compare to honest hearts, 'cause josh ain't gonna be able to rely on others or be able to focus on mechanics to cover for his narrative limitations. 'course maybe you are right, and josh, final getting creative freedom shows he has always been a game design poet limited by the misunderstanding o' others and the realities o' o' constant being asked to direct a sequel or dlc as 'posed to genuine designing a title one may attribute almost entire to josh, though how many developers ever get such an opportunity, eh? no more excuses. after decades, penitent is the title josh fans has been waiting for, yes? more than were ps:t chris avellone's baby ('cause that were still 2e d&d rules with which to contend and the nameless one's tale were set in the planescape universe, requiring wotc approval for so many things) penitent is josh's creative progeny. josh gets credit if penitent is a win, but please recall this thread and this post following release. no excuses--not microsoft or advertising or sunspots. josh. HA! Good Fun!
