  1. It is cool, and I have no other means of any sort of role-play / game playing with others sentient beings, so it was a Good Thing for me, too. If we want to play ten-player, I see no problem with some sort of complex GM setup, so that we somehow double-blind set up the orders to a shared account (only two GMs get the access) and just take all the last orders filed by the deadline. Or something. Because the moves are all rule-based, there's no adjudication or discrimination required. I don't mind being GM if we can make up the numbers.
  2. That is an uncanny likeness of Natalie Portman.
  3. That would break the primary Micro$oft edict for job security and inbuilt complexity and obsolescence.
  4. Was that a copy of the Death Star Trench Run? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not yet, give GL an iteration to update the effects one more time ...
  5. Unless they melt in a puddle of water on the way, or The Wiz says something bombastic that damages their self-esteem and consequently they die ...
  6. I won't tell you how it ends, then.
  7. I see where you're coming from here, but then again I'd leave that up to the munchkins themselves. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ... The Witch is dead! Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch! ... ... Follow follow follow follow follow the Yellow Brick Road ...
  8. They're hawt? And I thought you were older.
  9. Pssst. ED'Oh. That's why the mods have made everyone put their suggestions in one open thread at a time, so that the forum doesn't look like your intray.
  10. ... And totally lacking in ethical compunction (I mean that in the nicest posible way, of course; it is a statement of admiration) ...
  11. The only problem with that idea, as stated, is that every munchkin will want an ambidextrous PC. Now, if you gave left-handed PCs a bonus to initiative (and maybe a penalty to something else, maybe luck, as they will probably have an accident using right handed tools in the course of their virtual lives
  12. Baley's right hand will still recovering from the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome he will inflict on it tonight. I thought it was midday today.
  13. They're not too bad, Eddo.
  14. What? WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? AB ASINO LANAM? AQUAM E PUMICE NUNC POSTULAS?
  15. Guess I won't be playing that anytime soon, either.
  16. ... Is it a mere co-inkydink that you are going when all the colleges have their Summer break ... all those young teenage drunk girls try to win wet tee-shirt competitions, amidst their sororities attempted blood poisoning alcohol consumption rituals ...
  17. Totally already built the clinic a few weeks ago. Building a clinic this year...for...uh...medical... ...reasons. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You should build a Mosque, then. Like the Christians do in the Middle East. While the Muslims build the Churches. (Okay, this is usually after some sort of sectarian violence, but it's a nice thought.) And don't gimme that "there aren't any Muslims" schtick. <_<
  18. That's pretty neat technology. I wonder where the observation platform was (The Schmel M) ...
  19. No steel dagger uzi?
  20. Fixed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Haven't they released a patch to fix all the issues?
  21. You need to place the pc in the refrigerator for optimum sound-deafening performance. Yes, it is. But please bear in mind that all the characters are already in the afterlife (i.e. dead as a Dalek), and so there is no further jeopardy associated with sucking on the end of a lit roll of processed tabacco leaves. RL people have other issues (impotency and fat squeezing out of their capilliaries, if the advertisements are to be believed). The US Surgeon General is also on record as stating that Nicotine addiction is harder to quit than a good heroine habit.
  22. Well, I didn't want to write off twitchers, as well, which can sometimes (at crucial junctures) seem like button mashers ...
