You forgot one: the whole point is to post in the topic. If you can't do that for the audition, you might find it a little difficult to actually play the game.

It doesn't bother me. I just thought it was kind of useless having a thread stickied when nobody even contributes to it. Unless of course people want it around just to learn more about our fellow posters, in which case, I don't have a problem with it. But as I said, the thread seems kinda dead, so I was just wondering. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't think it needs to have an open topic to be useful. If people keep spamming it, then it will be closed. But it is a neat feature to see where everyone is, regardless, and having the thread stuck at the top of the forum makes it easy for everyone (including n00bs) to share in this feeling of community. Not sure why everyone wants it closed, though. Maybe I'm missing something?

That's the problem with conspiracy theories: what's the point? What is Bioware's motivation for "PR marketing scheme to show the PC audience that they are working on a PC game"? Because "to entice them to buy a X Box 360" means that Bioware get a slice of M$'s profit?
