In my opinion that is one of the true signs of a game that gives the PC control over their actions.

And if you are not looking for support, then it becomes quite obvious that the only reason you have for being here is either to b*tch or try to make us angry. You succeed in both, but achieve nothing. If you hate it so much, then why do you waste your time on us? Obviously we are unworthy. There is no logical consistency to your actions. I do hope that this can come to a peaceful end, but the only one of us who can decide that is you.

Although I appreciate this new take on the game, having only heard good things about it from other sources, perhaps you would be better understood if you calmly explained, in detail, what you don't like. Don't just come in saying it's crap and that we should all buy other games. Also, be warned: This is the homepage of the game you are insulting. You are very likely to be flamed for what many would consider trolling. EDIT: Clarifying somewhat further, what about the sound or the storyline don't you like? (Personally, Im not too concerned with graphics.)

Sort of. It's a serious comment w/ a humorous twist. Of course, that wouldn't work. And. of course, we'll never get completely fair reviews. That's where the sarcasm comes in. On the other hand(I have different fingers).....if you could pay someone/persuade them to do it, then they would probably be a bit more fair simply b/c they wouldn't have any preference toward games or particular consoles. That would pronably be more harsh, but more fair.

Im really curious about what's so special about the PC's lightsaber. Why would I want to spend all of that time on it? Will it have better base damage or other added bonuses? B/c I really don't want to waste all that time on it if it's just a regular saber.

Sadly, I am the only person I know with this problem. And unfortunately I cant fix it personally due to a set of uncontrollable consquences. Ive got 2 web browsers on the computers in this computer lab(the only one that I have access to):Firefox and IE6. Firefox is great and all, but we're booting off of a network without administrator priveleges so I cant install the flash plugin for firefox. On IE6, the site will come up, I can click on the tabs and everything. And if I click on the tabs enough I get the border changed and a couple wallpapers become available(duh). So I know that it is working(because I can change it around and eventually get the wallpapers), but for some reason the text inside the window border(the blue/gold/red part) won't display. I would go home and try there, but I have dialup and it's so slow that by the time I got the site loaded I would be too frustrated to try and download the guide excerpt. BTW, I am a computer guy so Ive already done all of the basic and quite a few of the more advanced checks to make it work. Im just stuck which is why I wanted someone else to host/send the guide to me.

Ironically, and here is where the devs will trick you, being cruel probably will not turn them to the dark side. In order to do that, you need influence over them. To get more influence you hvae to do something that shows that you like them, respect them, or gneerally think that they can help in some way. Example: Telling someone you like their plan more than someone else's plan would give you more influence over person 1 than person 2.

Hmmm. That is going to turn out pretty interesting. I tend to play LS most of the time, so trying to weigh the importance of influencing my party vs saving the galaxy is going to be rough. The true choice is obvious, but the point is that Ill need help to do it. This next statement(after the quote) tells why: Im very seriously thinking about a noncombative PC. As in, put almost all of my points in INT, WIS, & CHA with most of my skill points into Awareness and Persuade. I'll do okay for Force Powers, but combat is going to be tough on me until much later in the game.
