  1. Hey When I opened Pathfinder Adventures today, a message pop up appeared. It said "check out the Pillars of Eternity 2 campaign and we will give you 5 treasure Chests". There is a button that once pressed will open up your browser to the Pillars of Eternity 2 Fig campaign page. When I went back to Pathfinder Adventures, low and behold I had received 5 treasure chests. Thanks Obsidian

  3. Hey there Questions and responses by Flounder from the Dev Blog: http://forums.obsidian.net/blog/8/entry-199-pathfinder-adventures-whats-next/ Is the PC release of Pathfinder Adventures the next big ticket piece of functionality after AD6? -F: Yes. If so, should we temper our expectations regarding new content (Skull and Shackles for example) to not be available until after the PC version is released? -F: Definitely temper the expectations. We are still determining what is after PC.
  4. Hey there I am on my third play through with six characters and I have failed rolls with a high expected success rate and succeeded at rolls with a low expected success rate. Some banes and boons have shuffled back to the top and others have been spread throughout the deck Sometimes I have had all villains and henchmen in the top 3 cards of the 8 location decks, other times spread out and some all toward the bottom of the decks. I expected that the dice and shuffling was fair because it was random and this has been borne out in my experience.
  5. Hey there From the comments of the following Blog entry: http://forums.obsidian.net/blog/8/entry-199-pathfinder-adventures-whats-next/ Is the PC release of Pathfinder Adventures the next big ticket piece of functionality after AD6? -F: Yes.

  7. Hey there Thanks for the responses, this is AWESOME!
  8. Hey There Gee Flounder, you are full of news, Woooohooo! Thanks for the blog; I’ve been really looking forward to some more info. Based off the picture of Valeros, can you confirm that the Character alts are cosmetic only and are not different version of a character, such as from the Character Decks. Will character alts be available for purchase separately, as a Bundle , in Chests or all of the above? How many alternates will there be for each character? Will the rewards we receive for challenges ever be something other than gold? Is the PC release of Pathfinder Adventures the next big ticket piece of functionality after AD6? If so, should we temper our expectations regarding new content (Skull and Shackles for example) to not be available until after the PC version is released? Given the example of the wait time for deck 3-4 should we also expect that significant pieces of content (ADs, Base Sets, Additional versions of and new Characters) and functionality (Platform, Quest Mode, Multiplayer) being developed in parallel, is actually detrimental to the release of and quality of Pathfinder Adventures. Thus, when it is announced that a piece of content or functionality is next we can respond with this expectation in mind. If multiplayer functionality can not be delivered for mobile devices will this be the same for PC? What’s with the Banana anyway? Couldn’t we have an actual Goblin character like Ranzak, Ekkie or Tup? Thanks Keep up the great work
  9. Hey there I've been wondering and would greatly appreciate some answers, comments and discussion regarding the following: 1. After AD6 of Rise of the Runelords, what is the next piece of functionality that Obsidian would like to release? Multiplayer or PC version ? 2. In the next set after Rise of the Runelords, can treasure cards we have already acquired be included in the decks ? 3. Will we be able to use characters from previous sets (Rise of the Runelords) in new sets ? 4. Will there be an option to to combine sets together ? 5. Will the release of Promo cards continue to be tied to the release of Adventure Decks ? 6. Will Pathfinder Adventure Card Guild scenarios ever be released on Pathfinder Adventures ? 7. Will characters from Class Decks be released in parallel with other new content? Thanks for all your work so far. Stay cool Cya Dunesparrow
  10. Hey there There is a amazing amount of content available for PACG. Some of the earlier class decks had 4 characters each. I think the current character pool is 83. Thanks
  11. Hey there. The devs have stated they are planning to release Pathfinder Adventures for PC in the future. Thanks
  12. Hey there. iPad Air2 iOS 9.3.2 I just had the same issue on Turn 19 of Here Comes the Flood. Closed the location by banishing an Amulet of Fortitude. Dice rolled for item, rolled a 5, game draws 5 items as expected. Attempts to display the card and the following occurs: I logged out and back in, started the scenario. Back to the store, rolls for number of items, this time it rolls a 4, game draws 4 items as expected. Attempts to display the card and the following and the same screen appears. I was able to access all other characters, all other buttons were functioning. I then forfeited the game and the warning about characters dieing appeared. It then went through the Blessing deck. I expected to lose, but instead the victory dialogue appeared and the game proceed to give me 100 gold and the three allies i had rescued. I then continued through the post scenario screens as per normal. At the adventure screen, it did not allow me to progress to the next scenario and did not show Heres comes the flood as complete. Thanks
  13. If only we had his evil twin; Character Deck Sajan, he is amazing
  14. Hey there. Based on this great thread: http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/87029-suggestions-and-ideas-thread/ Can there/Will there be Quest Challenges? More and different content options (always wanting more) - Mini-Episodes - Pathfinder Soceity Adventure Card Guild Content Character respec Thanks
  15. Hey there. Kgk4569, do you happen to have a link to one of Board Game Geek discussions? I am very interested to see what they say as mixing base sets together is my groups preferred play style. Thanks
  16. Hey there. On pages 2 - 4 of the Wrath of the Righteous Rule book, in the Card Sets section, it talks about Adventure Path logos, letters or numbers indicating where a card came from and Class Decks. I have not found a rule stating that a combining cards from different sets into a card pool is against the rules of the game. On page 17 it does specifically say : If you're playing an Adventure Path and you successfully complete an adventure, you're ready to move onto the next one. Add all the cards from the next Adventure deck to the to the box; if you own any Class Decks, you can add any cards from them that have the same adventure deck number as the Adventure Deck cards you just added. Anyway, this discussion has nothing to do with the Kohl of Uncanny discernment. I will post on the PACG boards and see if I can get an Official response. Thanks.
  17. Hey there. Can we expect a similar update schedule going forward or will it speed up/slow down Will the Steam version have additional functionality, to take advantage of the increased computing power of Desktop/Laptop computers? Will Multiplayer work between Steam and Tablets? Will there be any other monetisation options, such as being able to purchase individual cards Will the ability to combine sets together in either Campaign(story) or Quest ever be included in the tablet or Steam version? Are we allowed to create physical copies of the new digital cards eg Oriks Shield and Skinsaw Mask, on DriveThruCards Pathfinder Custom Cards Creator? Thanks
  18. Hey there. From page 6 of the Wrath of the Righteous rule book: RULES: COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SETS Cards in the Wrath of the Righteous set are intended to be compatible with cards from other sets. Certain cards from one set may not be as effective in another one; for example, the weapon Lance will not be as useful in a set without Mounts. When the same characters or cohorts appear in different sets, they are represented with different cards having different abilities and powers. For example, among other differences, the cleric Kyra has the Knowledge skill in Wrath of the Righteous and the Melee skill in Rise of the Runelords. To distinguish between them, we add the Adventure Path name to the card name. For example, “Wrath of the Righteous Kyra” is a different card than “Rise of the Runelords Kyra,” so you may not exchange feats or role cards between them. and from page 6 of the Skull & Shackles rule book: RULES: COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SETS Cards in the Skull & Shackles set are intended to be compatible with cards from other sets. Certain cards from one set may not be as effective in another one; for example, the gunslinger Lirianne will not be as useful in an Adventure Path that doesn't have firearms. When the same character appears in different sets, they are represented with different cards having different abilities and powers. For example, among other differences, the rogue Merisiel has the Craft skill in Skull & Shackles and the Perception skill in Rise of the Runelords. To distinguish between them, we add the Adventure Path name to the card name. For example, “Rise of the Runelords Merisiel” is a different card than “Skull & Shackles Merisiel,” so you may not exchange feats or role cards between them. From these statements, I conclude that: A. all PACG cards are compatible with one another B. there is no rule that forbids cards from different sets being combined into the same card pool Thanks
  19. Hey there. I have certainly had the opportunity to add cards like Fox and Dilettante to my deck at the end of Scenarios, but I have yet to be able to use them at the very beginning of a game. Thanks
