I as well, who in the end never even got to play Bioware's JE at all with their last game being KOTOR for me.

http://www.lucasartsbioware.com/ - Kotor MMO probably confirmed :(
I doubt I will touch another KOTOR series moulded from Bioware's hands again after playing KOTOR2 as I am now reaffirmed(After KOTOR2 and MotB), that Obsidian's manner of telling an RPG story is much more fitting to my taste. As for MMO, good news for those who had been waiting for it for years I guess.

The Bargain Thread
Wow. Ten bucks? Ironically, the price of that game in Singapore is steadily rising. Tsk.

Mask o' the Betrayer!
I always thought Eternal rest only works on undead (Zombies, mummies, vampires ect) while Devour spirit works on the glowy thingies that takes form of animals, men and elementals. So in a way its quite different altogether, especially if we consider the alignment shifts involved as well.

Why does the PC gives me the deja vu of Big Daddy?

A critique of Obsidian from KOTOR to NWN2
I have no intention to hide anything. I simply said how I felt in a survey form. Even if he must critique, must it be in a form where it ends up in a trolling form? I am certain there are much more nicer ways to convey his polar thoughts against mine without doing in a tone where I have to lower my opinion on him.

Mask of the Betrayer Redux
Someone mind helping me recall what did George Ziets work on and as before he joined Obsidian? If there is ever an NX2 in progress, I'm interested in him working on the story with his dynamic duo, Kevin Saunders, again.

Whoah, Codex's review even got its place in Obsidian's front page? Seems Obsidian do take these guys seriously.

Someone make an Obsidian Steam group
Yup. If you lose your CDs, you can just re-download your registered games from steam. That's the convenient part of the pain in the ass steam.

Halo 3's ending
Nope. Pure Mac for the first. Only game I am aware of that is released for PC is only Marathon 2:Durandal. Update: Oops, actually they are all already released for PC. As FREEWARE! Doh! http://trilogyrelease.bungie.org/ So it was back then in 1994 that it was only for Mac.

Someone make an Obsidian Steam group
I see we got some members in. How about making plans to set up a date where we can all play together?

The Witcher
If the point and click system is done right, it could be a fun action combat by its own right. Click-Click-Pause-Clicky-click click-Pause- GAAAH!

Halo 3's ending
Apparently Halo 3 is a sequel to a graphic novel which is the sequel of Halo 2. Confused? Me too.

A critique of Obsidian from KOTOR to NWN2
I'm not sure why are you attacking my post mkreku. Its stated openly that those are my own personal opinions, not one which is meant to challenge and start an argument. I hope you are able to respect the opinions of others instead of attacking. Those are my feelings on the approach of RPG games, never meant to challenge other people's post here who thinks otherwise.

Halo 3's ending
Well.... Here's hoping we'll finally get the sequel of Marathon!

Halo 3's ending
It was confirmed though that Marathon and Halo are two separate universe.

What are you playing now?
Yes Lyranor, that's the one! Though the plot expectedly, got butchered in the making of the TV series. There's an English translation in the making as we speak, look up in the Wiki I would suggest if you are interested. Its strongly advised one must understand Chinese culture and history to appreciate the story and behaviours of the characters however. If only Jade Empire was made in a manner close to Wuxia novel kind in spirit instead of a just another Western fantasy that merely got a face lift.

What are you playing now?
Wow. I feel 2007 is not only the year of RPGs for the West but also for the East. After just experiencing MotB, now this. I just finished a Chinese RPG game called "Legend of the Sword and Fairy 4". The game plays in the similar vein of a typical JRPG. The series is literally well-known for love triangles, reviewing old Chinese philosophies of life and its bitter sweet endings. Fantastic music, memorable dialogue between characters, an ending that is perfect for its bittersweetness makes the game to be unforgettable for the time to come for me. Finally an installment that is able to rival the first which made the game legendary in the East. An example of the quality of the music that remains consistent throughout the game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73ecsirsFjc Wow. Wow. Wow. *Sigh* Too bad nobody here knows what I'm talking about.

Awards for video game writers... but not designer-writers.
Sadly, it may be unfortunately due to the guild's ignorance how majority of games are being developed. I'm puzzled though why would they make the conditions so restrictive, any news regarding of the appeal yet?

A critique of Obsidian from KOTOR to NWN2
I personally prefer shorter RPG games, around 30 hours would suffice instead of one that involves 100+ hours with 80% of the gameplay simply involves grinding. A focused game like MotB or PS:T is my preferable choice, since my life is too busy to devote any time for extremely long games.

Mask o' the Betrayer!
Oh, THAT battle. At first I thought it was a bug that caused the hag to disappear and one of my companion to start attacking me! Eventually I realised what was happening. I blame dumbdowned Aree-Pee-Gees lately for not making me think enough.

Mask o' the Betrayer!
Actually, there's some flirting with Safiya moments during one of the conversation. Regardless I do agree it would do well fleshing out more in a subtle manner(Preferbly in gestures and expression with minimal words) for Safiya's feelings towards the main PC gradually until the confession. I thought the Handmaiden in KOTOR2 does it very well.
