A Jedi Eats, Shoots & Leaves
Are you guys seriously discussing "proper english" in a universe, that has Yoda in it ?!? Vogga's Horde was a disaster though...

Some thoughts about Ravager...
I got the impression first, that it was whether the republic knew of the mandalorian presence. But now that you mention it, it might be something else... Good question.

Bouncers, canon fodder, pawns... whatever

Some thoughts about Ravager...
Yup. She was being her manipulative old self that we all love and hate. Mandalore was there to be the "muscle" to help protect her "investment/protege". Accidents do happen.

Sweetest Kotor 2 character? BESIDES REVAN!
Hanharr and T3 were my positive surprises. T3 managed to make me feel sorry for him, that everybody keeps abandoning him and Hanharr was one scary wookie, if you manage to get his entire story out of him.

Sweetest Kotor 2 name?
Just checking. No offence meant None taken, I sort of guessed what you meant

"Delivering" Goto to the Hutt on Nar Shadaa?
At that time, you should have Handmaiden in your party (and possibly Mira). Either one of these will do (Handmaiden has this weird trait, that her clothes keep falling off all the time)

Sweetest Kotor 2 name?
Sounds like a plan. But how will you distinguish them? Throg might not know the difference, but Gorth has no problem telling them apart. "Gorth" has been around for 20 years now and got a lot of wisdom and experience

Sweetest Kotor 2 name?
Darth Gorth.... Sounds right. It just that, erhh, I can't bring myself to use "Darth" in a name :"> (Don't tell all the Darths around here )

Sweetest Kotor 2 name?
All you need now is a mad, evil clone called "Goorth". No no no, Throg. Duh! That anagram never occurred to me (honestly). I might just steal and use that one every now and then when playing strong, low-int characters in my games

Last day before the forums are closed...
Whatever. If it closes, it just means out sight, out of mind. Not that they suddenly stop making games. I got the pop corn... Lets lean back and watch the show

Diciple or Handmaiden?
I know But I deliberately don't do it. Especially since I'm *so* evil and hate the republic...

Diciple or Handmaiden?
I actually prefer Disciple in my party for different reasons than most. First, the game is so easy, that you don't really need all the advantages you can get... Second, from a roleplaying perspective, it pissed me off, that I ended up with half a shipload of Jedis towards the end of the game. What happened to the Master/Apprentice thing ? How many masters travel along with an entire entourage of apprentices ?!? So in my third game, I decided to try the female/evil way which game me Hanharr and Disciple, it was actually more "fun", especially since it gave a genuine soldier with the ability to use some of all those rifles and heavy armours out there. I simply didn't try to gain influence with him and just leveled him up as a soldier. Not to mention, Hanharr has to be one of the coolest and most interesting characters I have run across for a very long time. Thats one wookie with an interesting backstory (I hated the whiny wookies with a passion in the first game). And it meant two less jedis in my party

Where should we go?
And then there are some of us who aren't Star Wars fans and just liked the Kotors (1&2) because they were good games in their own right despite being Star Wars games... Nevermind. I already got a second home. If all else fails, I'll have to face life

Force Crush
When you get back there as a DS, it plays out differently. Once you are done and leaving, you get it.

Sweetest Kotor 2 name?
My Sith Lord was named "Gorth". All tremble in his presence and bow down or face his omnitickling force lightning... But then, my Jedi Sentinel was also named "Gorth"... see a pattern there somewhere

Whats the worst dark side act you did?
The only things I felt bad about (it almost made me cringe) was siding with Czerka against the Ithorians and a couple of things I did to the refugees on Nar Shaddaa. I seem to have developed a weak spot for Ithorians, even the one I tore apart in Pazaak on Dantooine

Who else is sad about the closure of the forums?
Where would we go with our completely legit complaints about the game (Kotor2) then ?!? I mean, just look at the backside of the box! It clearly shows an old woman with two hands, yet what happens in the game ? As soon as she gets the chance, she gets one of her hands chopped unavoidably off and you have to run through most of the game with a one handed old woman, despite the box clearly showing that she is supposed to have two hands. OMFG we was cheated by false advertising and I have this deep seated need to complain where nobody looks me in the eyes when I fling my righteous wrath at somebody!

"I'm so broken, so very very broken"
Reminds of something I did once that slipped through testing somehow... the customer didn't find it funny at all either

Credit to Obsidian Ent.
Wrong. A vocal minority. After 3 patches, Kotor1 still had bugs that made it unplayable. After no patches, Kotor2 had bugs that made certain quests not disappear from your questlog after they bacame unsolvable. One hell of a difference. Wrong. If Lucas Arts wanted a better/more game, they would have made more of a commitment to it (time/money). Wrong. As a consumer, you have the right to use the content of the box as it is, no more, no less (besides whatever the end user license agreement for the product states). If you didn't like the content, blame yourself. It's how market economy works, place your hard earned cash somewhere else next time to show that you were not satisfied. Me, I hated the ending part. Most of the rest was superior to it's predecessor.

Obsidian Encouragement
Exactly. Masterful example of pathetic whining Get a life.

Obsidian Encouragement
Probably not verbatim, but if you looked around the forum just a short while ago, you would find this kind of constructive feedback (give or take a few !'s and 1's) in various places from a handful of pathetic whiners.
