Pictures of your Games 11 - The Quickening

A teenage boy trying to grow up? Nah, not sure really. Kash and Jory weren't really someone I cared about either. Rox was Ok if somewhat underused. Taimi... well, I got a soft spot for the spunky little progeny. -
Pathfinder Kingmaker is bigger then Deadfire

As an old Warhammer 40k and Rogue Trader player, there was no end to the make-up peddlers in space. A rouge trader in every star system... -

Tybalt may be my favourite, but the other two mentors (VIgil and Priory) weren't bad either. I think though, the runner up for me as NPC is Taimi. The progeny got attitude ...and then she had you help her coordinate some big lenses so the team could fry all the bugs in the chamber -

Hands up if you've been to an Apple store or seen a major Apple reseller... In Guild Wars 2 Apple dealers are a bit more modest! -
Having fun with Guild Wars 2 crafting... made my first pair of ascended gloves and an ascended axe. I'm now completely broke I probably do need to get into lower tier fractals and see if it isn't a bit less painful to get materials that way

Dragon Quest XI and its singleplayer. Thank you. What a shame, it does look like a fun game. -

@HoonDing: I'm curious. What IS that game you're posting pictures from and is it something that can be played as co-cop teamwork? -

Normally I would just hit close tab or move on, not really liking most of these compilation youtube videos, but watching the first 60 seconds convinced me this one was actually worth watching. Some really stunning things taking place there.... (edit: yes, the front picture is pure click bait which is why i ignored it at first, a friend had linked me to it) -
Strange. I always thought European colonist expansion was to raise money and resources for the main military powers, so they could afford to keep fighting each other in Europe. Sometimes European wars spilled over into the colonies, rarely the other way (I think, no hard evidence)

Ah, those crazy Skitt (a race of sentient rat humanoids). Fixing up a ship stuck in a crevasse in the middle of the desert. Never mind that it was an ocean once Not too bright individually, but like PS:T's cranium rats, they get smarter when together. I do love their designs and the little notes with smileys to the far right. -

I had a feeling... even before clicking it, that it would be a very large picture Bok Ah well, dream on Gorth, might get a "real" gfx card some day. -

Yay for double posting. Beat the last boss in the core game of Guild Wars 2 on my second character this evening. One really pissed off undead dragon closing in. A few of Zhatains dragon minions had been disposed off just before this. -
Just waiting to get a word in about the atrocities of Richard Lionheart and maybe the French victories in the 100 years war

Nothing that sophisticated Just a meta-event boss at the end of the event chains (wacky Asura and their equally wacky experiments running amok). Grabbed a 'Heart of the Destroyer' too from the light pillar in the background. Event completion on Mount Maelstrom was part of the daily reward goals. -

Hey, it enables more boats to park! Tactics?... screw tactics!... everyone GET HIM!!! (I later got lucky and found a group to take down the boss for the Vinewrath rewards - 1 Carapace Armour chest piece for me) -

Start of old thread End of old thread Where we left off... may the best chess piece win! Time for the pawns to overthrow the tyranny of the feudal system! Ohh, or why not Battle Chess, party against party? ... I think we're onto a winning concept here!

I'm such a game controller noob. When not playing Guild Wars 2, then I'm having a go at Nier Automata (I wouldn't attempt Nier without a controller again). The game is fun and interesting enough, but ffs, stop releasing games without real game save features built in dammit, I do sometimes need to take a break when it's convenient for me and not the developer! Grrr... That's why I buy single player games.

A rather surreal detour from Tyria (Guild Wars 2), a crystalline dimension ('Glints Lair') and quite surreal to walk around in. Last boss was horribly badly balanced though with some rather questionably design decisions. That fight alone made me decide to skip this bit in the future on other alts (it's optional, something called Living Story Season 2). -

@melkathi Sniff... that is sheer nostalgia! Still playing mostly Guild Wars 2. My favourite area so far is still the former human kingdom of Orr. Sunk underneath the waves by magic out of control and raised centuries later by equally powerful magic (including the former inhabitants). The area is huge and has a staggering amount of detail (for a MMO) Same place, my necromancer scouring the area for crafting materials... Such a nice and gloomy feel -
On topic... still playing Guild Wars 2, still having tonnes of fun just running around exploring and doing open world PVE. Finally got my Necromancer leveled up to 80 and had hero points to spare, so unlocked the 'Scourge' elite specialisation and put the remaining point in it. I can't help myself, too many alts! Anyway, cheated a bit, besides jumping to first part of Path of Fire, also jumped to first part of Heart of Thorns. PoF to unlock a mount, HoT to unlock the gliding skill. Gliding is fun.... until I noticed that shrinking endurance bar, which sent me plummeting to my death once it was exhausted

Dang, I bought that one not long ago!.... fun game btw.
