I agree 100% with you on this.... Star Wars is basically a space opera....these things need drama, they reek of it...and dark tragic things bring the most drama to the table in stories like this, and it adds emotion...once u mix alot of emotion with violence it multiplies it a thousand times over.....if vader cut off lukes hand and then was like I cut off ur fathers hand the same way haha!!!!! that would have been much less dramatic or rememorable than....I AM YOUR FATHER.....see what I mean? That's why Empire is the best Star Wars film so far, even tho the fights and visuals arent as impressive by the standards of the new Star Wars prequels....it still blows them away.....but I have a feeling that Revenge of the Sith will top Empire, it will have that vintage feel the old trilogy had, with also the new graphics in visuals and awesome lightsaber combat thruout the whole movie (practically), and it will be THE most dark star wars film to date....this is the climactic points of all climaxes....Anakin becomes Darth Vader and The Jedi get their asses handed to them, betrayel is exposed at all sides of the war, and Palpatine reveals himself as the Dark Lord of the Sith........... Back to relation of KOTOR 2.....this darker theme will make it destroy the story of the original KOTOR 1....by far....

Dude that's not the mantle of the force, lol, that was only in the PC version of KOTOR 1, and it was a light blue/turqoise color......the saber in those pics is a really faded blue/white (A New Hope) Reminscint lightsaber, like obi wans....its a faded blue type thing and they call it silver.....its not the mantle of the force.....that looked much different...

I agree with you a bit on this, buuuut.....his voice is alot better than I thought it was going to be, and all around I think Atton is going to be a real cool character, also it's alot better than carths voice....his tone was soooo annyoing...

aha I made a viscious guardian, so I just rushed him and prayed that my stats would rule out bad luck on the system's "chance" factor

I'll be all of them of course, cuz I'll play thru multiple times...buuuut....guardian first.....force powers seemed weak in kotor even when I placed my stats wisely, and I'd run out of force fast lol...and Malak was impossible to beat with force....it didnt do anything to him...

I think Revan and Malak were slowly turning towards the darkside in the mandelorian wars more each battle...and then when they heard of the star forge and thought of its power it corrupted them, and by the time they found the star forge they were fully corrupt....and then u know the rest....

Yeah This theory was posted awhile back on a thread I made, I think it was jediDMurda? ?(sorry I forgot ur name lol) but he came up with this same theory, and then I added on to it with some ideas of my own.... ....basically I think that these 3 sith lords that are the main Villains in KOTOR 2 were followers of Exar Kun in the first jedi civil war that took place b4 the mandalorian wars....then I think when exar was defeated, these 3 sith went to the mandelorians and told them to attack the republic and etc. and wanted the rebuplic to be weakened by the mandelorians so they could wage a new jedi/sith war....and they went into hiding...but the events with Revan and Malak were not foreseen.....but after those events of KOTOR played out they made their strike....which is the 5 years between kotor and TSL.....so I think that's how it went down...maybe not but it makes alot of sense...and now they are finishing the war Exar started...

Well I didnt rush thru it but I guess I just missed a body or two....I usually would look at every body....hmmm oh well....hah yeah I wonder-I finished the promise land quest, do u think they survived the assault on taris? cuz the planet didnt blow up I thought it just killed everyone on the surface....

Did anyone find the rakgoul potion? That was supposed to heal people on Taris...I brought this up cuz I remember it was one of the quests to find it for that doctor....but I never found the antidote....I brought this up because there has been threads talking about how skills will help conversation and stuff in KOTOR 2 and I wondered if I needed a certain skill in KOTOR do find it.......if anyone could answer that for me I'd appreciate it...I played kotor like 10 times and only looked for the potion a few times, but there's ppl on here that have played it far more than that so maybe u found something I did not haha....

I have high hopes that Obsidian will deliver a most dark and promising game for us Dark Siders....the whole game is much darker than the first KOTOR, and in this one since u are the last jedi, think about the reason to become evil, obviously the jedi exiled u...why would u want to help them and save them....if u become a Sith Lord and join the sith and be evil u could destroy the leaders and lead the Sith Empire yourself and rule the galaxy without the Jedi helping u!!!!!!!!!!

.....you should find something better to do than argue with kids and young adults about star wars....since you're so old and all.....I'm 19 and I couldn't see myself getting into heated arguements at an older age like you....you should check out women, or religion, or something abit more mature, maybe become a Wine Connoisseur and then get drunk....look in a mirror-see doubles of urself....and then argue with yourself about something stupid for a few hours....until one of you gives up
