Yeah I just realised how stupid we all have been about the Revan/Exile deal and scenerios for KOTOR 3...... I was about to type this and I saw someone above had the similar idea...Darth Spock I think... Anyways, mine's not as detailed because this just came to me, but, Kreia said how the Handmaiden/Disciple will teach ppl and etc. you, as the exile, trained half of ur NPC's into Jedi, and they will rebuild the order. Why not have KOTOR 3 either a few years, or maybe, 10 years after KOTOR 2....and your character will be a jedi from (wherever the new academy is) who has the MOST potential, and he is sent after Revan and the Exile, or finds out about what happened (its kept in secret) and goes after to explore it on his own, and recruites ppl, maybe old NPC's to join him. They figure enough is enough, revan and exile are probably dead by now and they want to figure out what happened. so thats the s cenerio or something alot simpler than that but anyway....haha...yeah.....new jedi trained by old NPC jedi..... and maybe a new revelation for the endgame to keep inline with the suprises of KOTOR is that the reason ur new character is so strong is because he's related to some powerful Jedi Master, not revan or exile but someone else, I think it would be cool if he had an interesting last name, like, windu or skywalker or something, maybe showing generations are much older than we think and a certain family has been savin the galaxy for a long time....

Exactly as someone put it, the fanboys are going to praise it NO MATTER WHAT...and the skeptics are going to TRASH IT NO MATTER WHAT.....personally I'm not a big fan at all of the first two movies, and I didn't like the fast fancy saber combat, I thought the old movie style was better, more civilsed, but in any sense, I'm giving episode 3 the benifit of the doubt....mainly because there isn't any "new" idea from the prequels that is brought to it, it's basically tying everything from the first to and the old movies together.....no stupid new characters like jar jar, no more cheesy love stories....its Palpatine (the emperor) and Anakin (darth vader) rising to their power that is shown in the OT. Anyone who always wondered why they were so powerful and feared and how the jedi became nearly extinct is about to find out in THIS MOVIE! This movie is a TRAGEDY, and the only Star Wars movie that is going to show and HONOR the POWER of the DaRKSIDE. Fanboys will praise it as thebest star wars movie ever, it may very well be the best, as well....and the haters will soften up.

I agree the production of Star Wars prequels is weak compared to the Lord of the Rings, and the Old Star wars movies...but then u threw in the Blade series...haha...those movies are pathetic. But the thing about Lord of the Rings, is that it was a book trilogy for 60 years before it became a movie.....they had time to figure it out.... and if they go and make Lord of the Ring prequels, like the Hobbit...chances are they'd **** it up like the New Trilogy of star wars....but the thing is... Phantom Menace Sucked...jar jar was pathetic, pod racing was stupid, but the thing is....anakin was 9, they had to target 9 year olds.....and star wars fans.....but they barely pulled it off.....Liam Neison was the only thing that held that movie together......if it was held together... episode 2, graphic technology of movies got better, action was better, overall no cheesy graphics like in Phantom, Less jar jar, Cheesy plot, but guess what...anakin was a teenager, and it fit well with Average Teenage cheese...act like you were never like that once in your life and you will master Darkside deception because you will believe your lies...... Episode 3......is already darker than empire strikes back, even just one scene...and we know the scenerio.....and all the spoilers so far are correct, if tehy hold true, we'll know exactly how this movie pans out....and if so...it looks very promising.....anakin is a mature jedi knight now, he won't be doing much talking with his whiny mouth because he'll be busy slaying the jedi and listening to Palp talk, and palp talks much cooler than Anakin I must say...... Episode 3 will still have the slimy feel about the prequels, but it looks closest to the feeling of the Old trilogy that is possible.....And it is Darker than anything the old trilogy ever produced, especially since it won't end happily ever after like every other star wars movie.... In conclusion I wasn't big on the prequels at all, until I realised, hey they aren't that bad compared to half the **** that we go and pay money for.......this movie is going to tie together all the loose ends and doubts from the previous two films of the new trilogy and connect it to the classics that we love. Even though it looks like they played all the good scenes from the movie...realise that the scenes are very long, because just about all of them were from duels.....and the ani/obi duel is going to be the longest duel in a movie....and besides that there aren't many other scenes in the movie, besides action, my prediciton is that there will probably be 1 cheesy scene and thats it.....and just the fact that we get to see Vader decked out in his suit...makes up for that! So any skeptics that are left, will be put to shame when this is released, in my opinion...and hades not to burst ur bubble, but if ur not a star wars fan, the fact is u probably won't think too highly of the prequels, because Star Wars nostalgia is the main thing that makes them good....it's the only reason Lucas went and made them in the first place....so keep ur **** talk to yourself and get out of my thread if you still want to be....yourself other than that, May the darkness Be with you, all!!!

Yeah, supposedly what happens with Sidious...considering all the other spoilers are true...is this...... ........ ........ .......... SPOLIERS!!!!! ....... .......BIG ASS SPOILERS NOW I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANY WHINING!!!!!!!..... .... .. ok so Sidious kills all the jedi that came with MAce in a easy second, but then him and mace fight for awhile, and mace is actually supposed to have the upper hand when ANAKIN comes in......and sidious asks for his help, and anakin is actually about to help Mace when Sidious tells him that the story about Plageuis is real, and it was his former master, and he killed him, and he can teach anakin about the power but needs help, and says the jedi are corrupt....and anakin stabs mace in the back at the last minute....... that's how that goes down....but Yoda and Sidious is supposed to be about even, but Sidious eventually beats him.....yoda gets too overwhelmed........ I'm glad to see such response to this thread I made, I'm glad there are alot of Star Wars movie fans, not just gamers...because I hate posting on starwars.com haha and I wanted to hear ppl's feedback from the trailer.... oh and btw Sidious cackles but he's no fool, and actually the way he pulls it off is fine. I know whoever posted that has their own opinion of that, but the fact is...Sidious is a GENIUS look what he's accomplished in secret for so long...u'd be cackling like that too if all ur hard work over the years unfolded exactly how u wanted and u beat the crap out of the two most powerful jedi ever! AND manipulated the CHOSEN one to the DARKSIDE!!!!!! one thing sidious didnt realise is that Vader didnt have to be good or bad to fullfill the prophecy and Sid shouldnt have taken him as lightly as he did.......for EX. Hey, I was just wondering (I can't believe noone has posted this yet) if anyone else saw the new trailer for Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith...it's on Hyperspace and was on the OC tonight..... I saw it, and my god, it looks amazing. Anakin actually looks evil, they kind of did the KOTOR evil change in him, pale skin, darkened eyes type thing. Instead of the ridiculous Darth Maul look haha.....and Sidious.....my god...sidious......"Are you threatening me Master Jedi?" then he flips his saber out of his sleeve like a switch blade and charges mace and the other jedi.... God damn The Darkside....has it's REVENGE! The circle is complete....

Disagree. All the dark side choices in the first one consisted of pure brutality and meanness. Kreia gives you quite a compelling rationale in the second one. Each cruel act is a means to weed out weakness in the galaxy and strengthen it for the threat that is to come. Ends justify the means stuff. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Exactly, this game, Kreia, your mentor, who is supposedly an aged jedi...is really a Sith Lord....this whole game's philosophy and guidence is based on the Sith Teachings....weeding out weakness to make the galaxy stronger.....it's just like what they taught in the Sith Academy on Korriban in KOTOR 1.....that's why I loved KOTOR 2...until the rushed ending of course (which actually has grown on me) KOTOR 2 is all about the Darkside and teaching their point of view..... Revan and Malak manipulated you.....kreia manipulated you....the Jedi Order lied to you.....and tried to kill you and take away your force powers....even though they said they didn't take it away before...they tried it now....All of the guilt of the Mandelorian wars ppl blame you for M 5, and The Sith are hunting you across the galaxy......feel the anger building up inside you....take action and control over your own destiny and show them what the darkside is all about...after all, it's been dominating your life ever since the Wars..... Once again....I don't see motivation for playing Lightside in KOTOR 2...

To All of You who want a NEW story for K3.......I'll refer to the Halloween movie series. Halloween 1 was a classic, halloween 2 was darker and continued very close (right after) the first movie.....Halloween 3 had nothing to do with Michael Myers or Jamie Lee curtis and look what happened......GAY movie! In my opinion, if by what Kreia says is true, these "True" Sith are extremely Powerful and are the main sources of power that the sith from K1 and K2 idealised their beliefs off of...which means....you can be level 20 + Revan and/or the level 30+ Exile..........because you're most likely going to be fighting level 60+ enemies.....and then it will grow from there..... In my opinion it wouldn't make the game feel cheesy or overpowered....it will make u feel like the two most powerful jedi in the galaxy fighting the most sinister threat in the galaxy....after all Knights of the Old Republic is just that...a game with a story driven off of Knights of the Old Republic...and not just any old Jedi Knights..... Now I think it would be good to split the game by either starting out as the exile and finding revan.....then half way working together...then the last half of the game would be in control of Revan and his ultimate journey...and maybe by then the exile had to sacrifice himself, or was killed by Revan (if exile was evil) and/or the exile had to do something else to aid the war effort...much like the NPC switch with Freedon Nadds tomb.....btw nadd is such a stupid name hahah....****ty EU....anyways.... I think that would be the best scenerio for the game...

The Top Ten Things I loved the most......in order from greatest to least.... 1. The Secret Tomb on Korriban....simply amazing, it gave the game a nostalgia that I can't put in words. From the recruiting with Malak and re-living the war...brilliant. 2. The New Robes, they made a huge difference in the feeling you got while you're playing the game and igniting your lightsaber...u feel like a Jedi, rather than one of Sir Robin's Menstrils in a skirt holding a laser sword.... 3. Prestigue Classes-Just to see Sith Lord or Jedi Master by your name was very nice, and all of the bonuses and feats that came along with the class were awesome. And also the no-level cap was very cool....because it's unrealistic to just stop gaining power... 4. The Cutscenes and darker story and etc. were PERFECT....Kreias' cutscene of when she was betrayed by Sion and Nihilus was the best one... 5. The usage of NPC's from KOTOR in KOTOR 2. enough said. (particularly talking with hk-47 about KOTOR 1) and also The new NPC's in your party were all very cool, and even the least coolest were still alright, and not a pain in the ass and annoying like Carth or Zalabar... 6. The way they personalized items for you, like your Crystal and ArmBand and etc. 7. The whole new workbench design and way you can customize your lightsabers more in depth...and create things for your saber. 8. The ability to make your Companions Jedi, it would be higher down the list, except that they didn't deliver it well enough, like no cutscenes and etc. but...still...a much needed and well done improvement over the last game...when everyone was already a Jedi. 9. The Skill checks and etc. in Dialogue, made it very cool, so that's number 9. 10. The way they made you switch from your main character to your NPC's worked nicely with the story and made sense. I thought that was very cool and added to the story nicely.

Two names I've always liked are ones that just came to me, and I used them in two short stories I wrote. Lord Satasn and Lord Sildurian Serifir Satasn is just a cheap rip off of Lucifer and Satan haha but I kinda like the comparison, angel/devil, jedi/sith and he was the apprentice of Lord Sildurian, who was a very skilled saberist but not a brute, neither of my Sith Lords were brutes....Satasn was more like Anakin in the sense that he was mislead, but instead of becoming a brute like Vader did...he started misleading others and turned more into a dooku/sidious type Sith Lord.... Sildurian was just a Very Good Fighter, who was cunning and intelligent and was the Sith Lord who was killed by satasn...either way...I like those two names, what'd u guys think?

I think this whole thread is ridiculous and should be locked or deleted lol..... whoever said kreia was thrown around like a ragdoll by Sion, should also remember when she destroys the main 3 Jedi Masters at once.... and forevery instance like that there is a counter instance that contradicts any sexism in this game. so in conclusion, all yall need to shut the **** up )

I originally remember them talking about doing that, like ppl couldnt join ur party if u were an alignment (which they left in) but u could also get rid of ppl or ppl would leave ur party if u didnt influence them and u changed alignment (pretty sure I thought they said something like that, and didn't do it, must have scrapped the feature)

Dude, Revan is awesome buuuuuut..... Revan was ALWAYS more powerful than Malak.....and the Star forge was filled with crappy half-trained dark jedi that were less than malak..... it was like Target practice for Revan, it was cake...but... He couldn't take on that many powerful jedi....he'd get Owned if he tried to take on Vader, Kreia, Naga, Marka, Luke, and etc. etc. He could probably take on them one at a time....if he EXISTED! GET A LIFE!
