Wtf, Auspex increases hacking skills? Where do they say that? Anyway I'm not sure whether there's enough xp to do a charming Toreador katana stealth build. I'm worried that the low constitution might mean I'm screwed in a few hits in melee.

Shooting for 30 hours?
I bet if you keep reloading forest areas and hunt the respawning fauna, you'd reach the max level before you reach the boss and make the game really really long.

My heart says that I should play a smooth talking Toreador with katana skills, but my mind says I'd be better off with firearm skills. Advice?

Shooting for 30 hours?
Imagine the "fun". They can insist on following your party around, make tons of noise to scare off all the animals, enemies, getting in your way and whatever. Kind of like how those guys are running their boats right next to the Japanese whalers. Kind of like Noober but more annoying. When you tell the to GTFO they'll defend their right to go where they want etc etc. However, when they find out that some wolves aren't as cuddly as they think they are you can choose to save them or let them have it (ALLIGNMENT SHIFT YAY).

Well my intrest in NWN2 just tripled =)
Can't wait to see what vs party encounters Obsidz can set up. They probably can make legal non-cheese stuff that most people would find unbeatable, even with the benefit of reloading/preplaning. Well, maybe not if they do random combat scripts on key battles on each load.

Shooting for 30 hours?
Killing the black bears and the Xvart village for no reason was interesting in a I LIEK XP powergaming sort of way, but mindless. As was targeting the squirrels to see whether Kivan was a better shot than Imoen (Kivan won). Maybe when you kill some wildlife for no reason in NWN2 you'll get a bunch of PETA hippies on your case.

How so? A second or two can make difference between life and death. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, for Hades those seconds would (w00t)

Art for MTG, digital medium
Here's Matt Cavotta's recent article on how a digital medium (as opposed to traditional sketch/oil/water colour) can be used to create art for Magic the Gathering. It's possibly similar to what the artists at Obsidz do. I learned a lot of new stuff, hope you find it interesting too

A trip to space
I don't know... if I hadn't seen it on tv I might be a little more envious. Nowadays Discovery Channel's raised my expectations. If somebody asked me to go to Egypt to check out the pyramids, or China to check out their Imperial stuff I'd probably say no because I've seen it on tv with researched commentary. Plus the tv specials probably show you delicate stuff that the public wouldn't be able to see on normal tours.

A pet garbage golem would be pretty cool.

What's length worth if it lacks quality? It could be relatively easy to stretch a 3 lvl dungeon into a 6 lvl one if you can sacrifice design. Areas or the game would become forgettable. Of course I'd love to have quality AND quantity, but if it becomes watered down, it becomes forgettable. I'd rather have a well designed area (say Drulag's Tower or IWD1's Seldarine?) then having it stretched thin to the point of becoming bland.

Taiwan breeds green-glowing pigs
Those glowing fish were wicked. I couldn't decide if the green or purple/pink ones were cooler glowing in the dark.

Your Favorite Food?
I'm down with most kinds of seafood, or fish in general. The local curries in Malaysia are great, but they're different from Brit/overseas stuff. I think MCA would know what I mean. Fresh cherries right off the trees are superb. Learned that on my trip to the farm. As for tofu, I like "sui-tofu" or "water" tofu. It's so soft it breaks apart in your mouth. I haven't seen anything like that overseas. Even back here it's not easy to find a good type. Lamb and salmon would make my list of top favourite foods.

No wonder the Nosferatu are rejected by society. They look and smell like poo.
