What you did today
From what i gather, with their blend of Katakana, Hiragana and Kanji, is that there are no commas or whitespaces within a sentence. Very difficult for a westener to read. There's commas, which they would like to regard as having rules. The truth is they sprinkle them around with no discernible regularity. In English commas make it easy to recognize dependent clauses, etc. they serve a purpose, are dependable...

Annoying metadata in MP3 files.
So, long story shorter I went down to exchange a broken mp3 player and was limited to what they had on show in the store, I ended up with a Zen X fi 8 gig player. It sounds just fantastic and has a longer battery life as well, only problem is like Itunes or mediaplayer it decides upon installation that I must now spend 12 hours categorizing my entire music library into artists, albums and genres because the idiot onboard menu does not know how to open and play a folder. My collection is years and years of CD rips and downloads in random order and formats, but all neatly arranged in folders and sub folders with artist and album names. The player cannot sort other than by metadata, so if I want to listen to anything and not have 500 tracks with 400 different kinds of meta data scattered in the player I have to create album metadata from the folder names. Is there any way to batch process this. There are a few tools that are free or trialware but they seem to lack the features I require. Any advice would be appreciated.

What you did today
Who puts TWO commas right in the middle of a main clause for no other reason than to screw with you. You guessed it, the Japanese.

What you did today
Worked on a japanese translation in an extremely convoluted literary style, violently threw my photocopied original text behind the couch. I'm hoping it will spontaneously disappear and I won't have to deal with it tomorrow.

LOST
It certainly seems like they have already introduced his replacement.

Meh as in, man thats stupid, butI laughed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-w5Na8ONe_c...feature=related I noticed there are posters on you tube who will challenge each other to 'battles' as if they had microphones, instead the will just write really poor imitation verses and, say bitch and **** a lot. This is a whole new level of pathetic I never even new existed.

Legendary Bugs & Flaws
Another one is in MTW (again) where you can build a fort over a valuable commodity (i.e. silk or sugar) and fill the place up with merchants, all of whom will turnover the 600 florins+ value per turn. Lol, I never noticed that. Another thing is how one priest, emissary, whatever can cut off an entire army trying to reach a settlement under siege if the passage is only one tile wide, because one tile can only hold one entity at a time.

Dollhouse
I can see how not falling asleep would be a problem.

Dollhouse
Fell asleep during the last episode. I think the problem is that I'm not 15 anymore.

Empire: Total War
The musketfire comes and go goes and half the battles end in crashes. Not to mention massive lag on the campaign map once you have a lot of regions and a lot of trade routes. Every time you click on your capital or on any ships in the same theater there is a 4 second lag. They said they fixed the boarding bug that would cause a crash, and I just had to reboot because my computer froze when I ordered a ship to board. I'm going to shelf this for the time being.

Chocolate, it's like a Thai version of Karate Kid, pretty good although a bit slow in some places. Lots of homage to Ong Bak, which is fine I guess, although Chocolate is a better movie. Ong Bak 1 and 2 are absolutely horrid with the exception of the fights, which are absolutely brilliant. This has ok martial arts and better acting.

Empire: Total War
I recommend trying out the hardest campaign difficulty and playing a mainland nation. I'm playing as France and had no choice but to invade England after they declared war and blocked the channel, it's been 10 or so turns back and forth with every battle mattering. I now hold Scotland and the British navy has been sufficiently reduced to allow reinforcements and trade income some turns as well. Two of the minor nations around Italy have taken advantage and are on the attack, only one stack left to hold them off in Italy, if I lost it they are going to raid all my buildings in France and I'll go bankrupt.

Unless what happens in past island doesn't affect what happens in future island. Parallel planes and whatnot.

Is the answer simply a razor?
They aren't engaged in a resistance movement, they are engaged in a civil war with the other half of Ireland to determine whether or not they are going to resist.

Taken is a pretty straight forward action flick, He basically 'Jack Bauer's the hell out of the slavers who stole his daughter. Would have been better with a more realistic approach, but then so would 24.

Empire: Total War
The soundmixing somehow got worse. It's like a couple of channels are missing. Don't think the musket sounds were that good to begin with, also I was trying out the Austrians and after the patch I lost the ability to recruit Grenziers, which are like the creme de la creme of light infantry. This game has a lot of promise, but I think it would have been better if they had limited it more. Or separated the theaters like they did in their last release. One unique campaign for crusades, one for Americas, one for the Teutons, etc. Still annoying is the lag on fleet movement. Just clicking on one of my ports instigates a 4-5 second pause sometimes.

NBC's Kings
I think the term is spoofing, not masking. Anyway it involves a small app, can't remember the name, that fools websites into thinking you are from wherever instead of Denmark.
-
NBC's Kings
You could get around that by masking your IP. Generally, downloading TV shows off the internet is not something I feel the least bit guilty about. It's miles apart from pirating games or applications.

Howl no ugoku shiro, Howl's Moving Castle. Classical Japanese animation, not anime. Very charming. I can recommend.
