Shogun total war 2. It's very pretty. I do wish that after 4 or 5 games they would have figured out how to keep archers and gunners from turning to face the enemy every time you select a new target. Effectively you can't do that unless it's directly in front of them. Having them break your carefully built formation and run all over the place is usually disastrous, they will be gobbled up by cavalry. The artillery camera shake effect introduced with Napoleon is a real pain. It makes the cannons look like ships at sea in a violent storm and makes your mouse cursor ramble all over the place. Who the hell thought this was a good idea ? Did I mention it's really pretty though, the strategic elements are fun and challenging too.

Also for maximum academic credibility and minimum searchabiliity and ease of use it needs to be in PDF

Financing comes through a special tax, less than one percent , which you CAN opt out of, it takes writing a formal letter declaring your wish no to belong to the Church of Denmark. Not having the option of choosing what version you want to run for your steam software, that's really not a particularly good idea. They should fix that.
