  1. Good to know, I am still waiting for the first thing the guy asked for.
  2. Well that's a first. What slim margins must that website be operating on.
  3. Hmm, maybe a one off but I had a post go through where I quoted and replied to something from the second to last page of a thread, but I was not redirected to my post on the last page, instead I remained on my page (second to last) with my text still there. Just to be clear when I clicked the submit reply the post went through but I was not redirected to it. It could be because I never viewed the last page of the thread, but went directly to the last viewed post on the page before.
  4. A colleague from Canada had the same thing happen to her (although I think it was even earlier for her). We were supposed to have an interview and it was rescheduled right when the meeting was supposed to start. I don't think he will be getting the job. Lucky for me though, otherwise I would have had 4 hours of back to back meetings.
  5. But if those 3 people do the work of 1/3 of a person each, then it might not be that bad.
  6. A hundred hours in and lvl13, still in act 3. Maybe I should progress the main story, but there is still so much to do.
  7. Frieren at the Funeral is on a hiatus again. Why are all good manga cursed with irregular schedules.
  8. Also what did they need 200 APC for... How many more do they have left...lol...
  9. Wth is that title. It's a font someone used for the title. I see it too but to a lesser degree, for me it's more bunched up so as the nazi is not seen, although I don't know why it doesn't scroll for you.
  10. I did watch season 1 of Breaking Bad but I was not a fan of it, so maybe @Bartimaeus should give it a go if previous patterns are anything to go by.
  11. Depends what's wrong with it. On mine the motor/blades got lose in the housing, so I tried gluing back the plastic posts holding it to the housing. Sadly it did not work, so now I will try to buy a new housing and just replace the innards (or the service will). If any of the components broke I imagine it would also entail changing the broken part. Usually what goes wrong in hair driers is what happened to mine, or the switch gets broken. edit: just found out that you don't fix it, as there are no part available at all for any hairdryer... They told me that Phillips is now just doing replacements for hairdryers under warranty...
  12. I got 300k gold from doing the first part of the Midnight Isles (getting to the first big island). Hmm...
  13. Man I remember how much I hate ticks and swarms... Other than that doing the Midnight Islands DLC (way too much loot for selling there), still on act 3.
  14. Tried to fix a somewhat expensive hairdrier. Only broke one tab while taking apart the housing! The issue of course are the crappy plastic posts holding the screws that hold the motor/fins... Glued them back, but the plastic was pretty deteriorated so I don't know how long the fix would last or if it will hold at all. Did discover that the back mesh is removable for easy cleaning... Guess I'll call the service and see how much a new housing cost or if it's even available at all anymore. The hairdrier is fantastic, but Philips really can't produce quality plastic, which is a shame because I think that they make the best small home appliance (special recommendation for their irons). Then again I heard that they don't actually produce them but just buy them and slap their name on it, still great though.
  15. Interested to see how they fair in combat if not how much of a difference they make. There is a myth around them that not one was destroyed in combat.
  16. Why are you so antisocial! /s
  17. I don't see how it wouldn't be, but you can send a plane that carries the laser I guess.
  18. @Gfted1 Your two favourite things.
  19. I'm good now, all in all the symptoms were really light this time around. Probably because last time I had it was like half a year ago. Glad to hear you are better.
  20. Mine started 2 hours after midnight on newyears, still have a light cough. Everyone seems to be sick.
  21. German goverment is demolishing a village for a coal mine and one very athletic person decided to protest.
  22. I know what you are talking about. It was for netflix where they were throttling user connections and thus reducing the resolution due to a big increase in user watch time, but this was for netflix in general, ie. the built in TV apps and windows browsers. As for me for as long as I had netflix it never worked above 720p on firefox and it always worked on IE/Edge (although there it was only 1080p for me, but that is because I didn't have a hdcp 2.2 monitor).
  23. ctrl+shift+alt+d is the command. This is pretty much the only thing I use Edge for.
