  1. So, I console-leveled a wiz to max and invested into arcane skill to see how powerful scrolls get. They get really powerful. With stats 18/8/13/14/18/8 and 24 arcana Some examples: Scroll of Insect Swarm - 26 Raw dmg every 3 sec for ~84 sec / 760 total (flavor text says piercing, but does raw) Scroll of Plague of Insects - 31 Raw every 3 sec for 80s / 866 total Scroll of Crackling Lightning - 115-155 dmg Scroll of Shining Beacon - 56 burn dmg every 3 sec for 24 sec Scroll of Minoletta's Concussive Missiles: 14 projectiles, 24-31 dmg and 16-19 aoe All have 84 accuracy, so even with Graze due to their duration it's a lot of dmg. A very nice change from PoE1 Melee classes with these can become super cool.
  2. That frozen hatchet, I had Spellblade Aloth perma paralyze enemies with it. Unbroken/streetfighter disengage + the amulet that has Ryngrim proc and do aoe terrify every couple of sec around chartacter
  3. Soo, with the onset of multiclassing I am finding it hard to dercide on anything. I have different themes I want to do playthroughs as such as pirate char unbroken/streetfighter but that's for #2. Now I think about: barb/chanter (like with skald for example), warrior/chanter, paladin/chanter or something/druid or some such. Warrior/priest or paladin/priest is also up for it (this would be Berath themed). Playing POTD only. Had 40h into Hard but it was too much of a faceroll. Any fun builds?
  4. Meh. Such a disappointment. I'm not going to make everything from scratch to level new merisel.
  5. Bit of a bump but my Merisiel still didn't get +1 to her stat but after update scenario in which she died auto completed for her and now i cannot get that +1 stat
  6. to a degree poe is also 3d, just that you don't see it (due to how it's made) but it's not 2D
  7. Here comes guys, something I think Obsidian missed mark with and I hope they step up their game in POE2/Tyranny. So...COMPANIONS! - TL;DR more engaging and impactful companions like in Shadowrun: Hong Kong (because wishing for Planescape: Torment level companions would be overkill) - Long version... It felt very awkward for them to sometimes throw in their 2 cents and there being no follow-ups on it or no impact on the story or resolution of X problem. Take for example Shadowrun: Hong Kong. Companions there are 10x more engaging, have more backstory and a lot more actual impact on the story. Hell, you can fight them to death if you do something that absolutely does not sit well with them. If you barge in with Gaichu (a ghoul) inside a corp building you will almost certainly get reaction for that and have to fight your way in/out unless you are extremely good talker (and not even that is always the case). I think companions' personality should be shown more. If I travel with a guy who stands for good and protecting the weak I expect him to fight me to death if I try to kill someone innocent. Think Keldor and how he reacted to some decisions and how it impacted player's decision, NPCs disposition towards party and so on. There is none of this here tbh. They just throw in some remakrs from time to time that have absolutely no impact. I could travel with a flying pig farting gold dust and it would have zero impact on how my party would be perceived. Companions need to react to our actions more and world needs to react more to them traveling with us as well. MAGIC & SKILLS More interesting magic/abilities/skills. We don't need 10+ CC effects per level or 10+ dmging spells per level. It's sort of annoying to have 20 ways to kill when you will just use 1 or maybe 2 anyways. Make magic about what it could trully be! Making a clone of yourself who can attack is cool, so are other effects less "agressive" in their nature but still magical like teleporting enemy away or locking him in different dimension for some time or w/e else. Less fireball'ish spells. Same with skills. Tbh I think I prefer Cooldown instead of per battle/per rest but still, more per battle skills is OK. Also make them trigger faster. I get that delay is intended but it does break fluidity of combat a lot.
  8. So i did Perils of the lost coast on legendary difficulty (all) and still didn't get Samisen. Anyone else had this happen to them ?
  9. What you can do is delete save game and start new one with already experienced character from the previous one. Worked for me
  10. A little more information. It appears that whenever you RECHARGE + INSPIRED GRACE with seelah for SPELLS instead of DIVINE skill check it puts you vs LAST COMBAT check you had (i had 17 vs xanisha to recharge CURE spell lol) while still giving die & bonuses from divine only. Until this is fixed using inspired grace for spell recharge is very bad
  11. Sooo, often when using this to boost my roll it gets messed up. For example I am using it to add 1d6 towards Cure recharge roll. Suddenly Diffuculty goesto 13 and instead of divine or Cure it says for example Werewolf O_O Sometimes it also raised rolls like from divine 7 to suddenly divine 12 or 13 just because i added that 1d6 from her Inspired Grace
  12. So I was playing with Seelah and I noticed I didn't get card feat reward. So I redid some mission I might not have made with her. I made the mission, there's victory screen and and exclamation mark above her head and... No reward, can't progress further, can't go back or anything. I can quit but when coming back it's again victory screen and still can;t do anything. Effectively my save went to hell. Sort of pissed due to how many hours I've invested into it (and bought the bundle)
  13. That's the problem. They aren't there. I changed account from my wives to my own and nothing. I logged myself into googleplay, google, selected my acc to be used for logging into games and still bundle not available.
  14. So instead of playing on my HTC phone I wanted to play on Asus Nexus 7. I logged in everywhere using my normal account but it doesn't do crap. I don;t have my saves it doesn't recognize I bought entire bundle or anything
  15. Just because some people can't play with engagement it doesn't mean it has to be turned off. You just have to know when you can afford to take that Disengagement Attack. Honestly I've built my chars in such a way that I usually don't care for DA at all. Pathfinding thus far in 3.0 is a lot better it seems. Playable without major problems.
  16. Click "Destroy Vessels" It shows something like Foe Target: Destroyed, 30 Raw Damage Why do you think it would need to deal damage with outright destruction? Because that's a secondary effect. the thing AFTER "," is what happens when it's equal or higher level than you. So if it's lower it's destroyed, if it' same or higher it takes XX raw dmg. As if no tooltip ever in history was vague.
  17. Sorry but you're wrong:) Rogues and barbs work fine on POTD and you don't need normal tank. The only person in my party with a shield is Durance. I play with companions. Atm it's Grieving Mother, Durance, Pallegina, Zahua, Maneha, my PC wiz. The only bad class is chanter tbh.
  18. Which part of it? I got rid of it after playing it for 26h and being bored for 25h.Dilluted-wannabe-mmo rpg.
  19. Personally I go for as long as I can manage without resting/supplies. Result is that I can clear an entire map and not use supplies. Often I was on a map I cleared with 2 supplies left and there were still 2x 2 supplies in containers and such (POTD + Scale up + knockout injuries).
  20. It only should destroy lower lvl enemies and enemies of equal lvl should just receive dmg.
  21. Hello guys! I've made a WMp2 review. This is my second review thus far and the first in English. https://youtu.be/H4GtvSmNWxs I would like to hear your thoughts about it and maybe what can I do better in the future. Subs are welcome! I will be making EN vids with PL subs and looking for ways to improve myself. PS I am aware of my problem with the mic
  22. Tbh I actually liked having speedy gonzales stealth char I will try it out in combat then but last I've seen it didn't work for me but again I will try it tonight.
  23. It's hard (especially after rebalancing). You will reload . Half of spells are useless (sorry:P) and many builds are viable. You don't need to min/max and you can do it with your companions instead of mercs.
  24. 100% realistic to do it. You can do it without dumping any stat on any char.
  25. I did not so much want to discuss difficulty, but the amount of immunities one encounters in the course of the game that could/could not make certain cipher powers and/or build very restrictive to play. I heard that thereĀ“ve been a few immunities introduced in past patches, so I just wanted to know! Yes, but they aren't too bad. They are there to lessen cheese. It would suck if the first time you fight The Eyeless you could just charm/dominate/confuse them. I proposed this change over a year ago and personally I am happy that it made it into the game. Now many fights require you to do different things in order to win. Previously you spammed the same spells and used the same tactics.
