My wife and I went out on my neighbors boat yesterday. Launched at a local river, cruised up through a dam lock (which was a first for me), then pulled up to one of the local riverfront bars to get our eat and drink on. When we got back at night we blew off some rockets, and the biggest freaking roman candle Ive ever seen. It was about the diameter of a tennis ball can, was 3Ft long, and disgorged 200 shots of various effects. It was glorious. Well, I haven't been to a strip club in a hundred years but I remember there being booze. The strip clubs in Tennessee (Deja Vu) were byob and it was awesome. There was a conveniently located liquor store right next door so we would load up and get blotto in the club.

I agree that the potential exists but I wonder how big of a problem it would really be. Drones are typically operated from half a world away, on a military base. And I don't think there is a "master system", instead "modules" control several drones each, right? So maybe they could hack a few at a time? I don't know, Im asking. So that leaves line-of-sight attack, jam the master signal and override with your own, and take control. I think this is what Iran did when they snagged one of our sweet drones. I was kind of surprised the drone didn't have some kind of failsafe built into the programming where if it sensed a loss of the master signal that it would just automatically gain altitude and fly over the horizon. Or something like that. Like what?

Manned fighters are so passé. I wish we would have poured that ~900B into a F/A drone but we're too far down the road to just drop the program now. Nothing can really compete with the F-15/16/18/22's anyway so the F-35 seems kind of unnecessary.

To me, DIY = Do It Yourself, so I don't understand your question. I haven't read for pleasure in years and years but Riftwar Saga was one of my favorites. I just cant be bothered lugging a physical book around anymore so I was hoping it would be available on my phone / tablet. Seems its only available digitally on Kindle.

That's exactly my style while my buddies are nutso about it. Ill bring two poles, one for catfish (this is the pole that will use the above stix) and one for bobber or lure fishing. Meanwhile, my friends bring 4-5 poles each and set up shop along the river bank. The last two years Ive gone I did little to no gambling, just drinking like a fish. My poison is the craps table. I can literally feel my heart beating in my chest while Im rolling the dice. Such a rush. But I also hate losing money so Ill limit myself to ~$200 / day in gambling.

A weapon that gets defensive and spellcasting abilities when upgraded (like Dak'kon's sword when you're treating him well)? Exactly, and it would be darned unfair to make pacifists and diplomats to kill to upgrade their weapons. Isnt there a way to not kill mooks anyway (capture them and put them in your prison)? So, whatever you do to not kill in those cases can be made game wide where you simply beat them unconscious with the flat of your blade, or like. Otherwise, like kill xp, this will literally force people to kill every living thing on the face of Eora.
