I agree but I can understand he was in a tough position. He wanted to protect his crew. But the military absolutely cannot have a breakdown of command, especially on a platform that all by itself is stronger than many countries entire military. What if next time he decides he didnt want launch an offensive because it would put his crew in danger? Pat him on the back, then launch his ass into the ocean from the number 1 catapult.

Somehow, Im working harder from home than I do in the office. The lack of office resources (database) is cramping my style a bit too so Ive had to change the way I do things and its a lot more labor intensive.

^Its probably the O2 sensor. I think Ive settled in on; I need to have enough stores on hand to feed 3 mouths, 2500 calories per day, and wipe the behinds of, for 21 days. So every couple of days I venture out to replace whatever we used from the previous days.

I didnt look for hand sanitizer but paper towels, napkins, tp and paper plates were all readily available. We blow through paper plates around here like crazy so I considered buying a 300 pack, but I decided to save it for the oldsters and more needy. The ramen isle seemed well stocked but Im not a ramen aficionado. I picked up some "fiery beef" flavor prepackaged meals.

Working from home has been a bit of an adjustment for me. I get up later than I used to, and stay up later, but I continue my morning sh**/shower/shave routine for a little normalcy.

My wife and I went grocery shopping and everything is in stock. Tried to go do my emissions test but that office was closed. Never made it to Home Depot so Ill slot that for tomorrow.

I think Ill head out today and get a pack of furnace filters from Home Depot. 👍
