  1. Extremely strange indeed. The loot is always a Saber component that you don't have, and its automatic. Before the scene cuts to Med Bay, the message box appears which lists the component. Are you absolutely certain no box appears after the fight/dialogue? - dr cloak <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually that could be. I'm playing from my hdd, so it loads pretty fast and sometimes I can hear the sound from message boxes popping up, but before I can read it the game loads the next scene straight away, guess that's the timing issue Akari was talking about in the technical forum. So yeah then it's highly likely that I got a saber component. I'll check it out on my next playthrough. Thanks...
  2. As long as it's not another setting from the old times with all the magic, knights and stuff. Something more futuristic would be cool. Something in the line of Deus Ex maybe.
  3. I never had a lightsaber when fighting Visas and could never loot anything from her...
  4. Only problem for me here, is that I have never gotten anything from Visas after I fight her?
  5. Maybe, if you could write a proper sentence with correct grammar
  6. These comparisons in itself are just stupid and pointless...Really what is the point?
  7. Replaying a game for 30-40 hours just to see if you get some new stuff is just dumb. The random loot stuff is just annoying and doesn't add any replay value at all; it doesn
  8. Edit: Added spoiler tags. Sometimes easy to forget what forum you are posting in
  9. I found this very funny after playing the game and seeing all the bugs and unfinished quest: "LucasArts put three of their QA guys onsite to help test along with four temp guys - they helped us fix a ton of bugs. And I don't even know how many guys were testing the title up at the LucasArts offices, but I know it was a lot. We'd never finish a game without QA, and those guys were great." I don't think there were many guys at LucasArts offices doing any QA
  10. Yeah that is a funny seen
  11. Yeah the random loot system pretty much sucks big time. Im not sure if you can make the implant that adds +2 to all attributes. I think that one can just be found. But most implants can be made as long as you have enough skills.
  12. Computer, Security, Treat Injury all open new dialogs
  13. Yep it's pretty lame of Gamespot to use more or less a carbon copy of the first game guide. Even Jolie is mentioned a couple of times...
  14. Yeah I was a bit harsh But the stuff about skills, feats, forcepowers and stuff are just taken from the Kotor guide but with the added new stuff. But they did forget change some of the stuff. Sometimes they call it Kotor other places Kotor2 and Juhani's name was mentioned if you read the stuff about force jump
  15. Gamespot is crap and they basically rewrote the guide from Kotor and just added some new stuff here and there... Edit: They even call it Kotor and not Kotor 2 most places and Juhani is mentioned too, just bad...
  16. There is an amazing implant that boost every attribute with +2! Another boost almost every skill with something like 5-6 points. And another that gives you all the feats for dueling and two-weapon fighting.
  17. Get some influence with G0-T0 and he will spill his guts. It's quite interesting actually and what he says took me by suprise. I'll give you a hint "
  18. Yeah, it seems a lot of the complaining comes from people who don
  19. And HK-47 is as funny as ever At least when you have influenced him a little. He cracks me up :D
  20. Great post and nice to see someone defend Darth Nihilus This game is definitively not a game that you rush through, you need to take your time and explore the characters and the dialog to find out what's going. It won't spoon-feed you anything. Guess it
  21. There are several clues to this. He calls his is one?! Kreia tells you at one point that he is in fact . She even hints at it on Dxun. What's this obsession with finding out what happened to every single character from K1? The devs never said you would get answers to this and besides because off all the different endings the characters could have in K1 it would be nearly impossible or at least take way too much time to implement. These characters were Bioware
  22. Yeah the best ones are at 18 but still are some good ones at 16 and even 14. The implant to get the all the feats for dueling and two-weapon fighting you need 18.
  23. There is a dialog option to ask about his previous master, when you have enough influence he will answer this and his rant about Revans crew
  24. But this time it is worth it to take your con to 18, because of the implants. Not only can you take alot of damage but the implants let you compensate for the attributes and feats. There are implants that give you all three feats of dueling and two-weapon fighting, that's three feats you can use elsewhere. You have other implants that can to up your wisdom, char, strength and dex. So it's defentively worth in my opinion.
