FFS, comparing the dirty old Gamebryo engine to Unreal 3.x is like racing a toaster against a Ferrari. But the faces is not actually the engines fault, in FO3/FNV all the faces seem to be created using the horrible character creator wich works by morphing 4-5 generic face molds into eachother, whereas for Mass Effect bioware has created each character individually by hand from scratch (except for the player character obviously, who is done with a similar process of morphing face molds) The animation/rigging possibilities of the faces is way more advanced in U3, though. It even has support for importing facial animation from Softimage/Facerobot, which means you can do some really cool and lifelike stuff

And also that you have to copy the other teams design if they've found something super-effective or you'll be dead in the water. But I still dont think they look that similar, there's alot of difference between the Mercedez and the Sauber for instance.

I feel like such a whore now and this is sending the wrong message - that brand name is king. BLOPS is inferior to MW2 in every aspect, yet it outsells it by $50 million. Although that could be Wii sales, since they werent greedy enough to hock out a garbage port of MW2 for nintendo.

I had mjaor problems with them until I was level 25 or so, they just close the distance between you so quickly that you can only down one of them before the rest of the swarm kills you.

Fun fact: a friend of mine is renting a server to play on, but we cant get to it because the server browser will only index 1/10 of available servers, there is no function to find a server via IP and they have actually gone in and disabled the console commands which would have enabled you to do so.

The multiplayer is the only reason you would want this game, and the reason I got it. We got bored playing MW2 all the time so we thought we'd try this.

And I only bought it because all my friends did so I wouldnt be ostracized. The truth is that its a decent shooter, nothing special and nothing to wet your pants about. Its alot better than the new Medal of Honor though.

Apparently Steam has caused some kind of bug which results in severe framerate hickups, so the game is not entirely playable yet. The only way to fix it, is to run steam in offline mode and just play singleplayer. Also, Treyarch decided it was a good idea to enable the lean feature again, which disrupts the hit detection and opens up a whole can of possible abuse and exploits.
