He is most likely responsible for numerable war crimes, whatever they were, but since the Jedi/Republic were desperate against the Sith, they had to use Revan anyway they could. They needed him to reveal the location of the Star Forge. In the end, for whatever reason, he got his chance, and however you yourselves played it, lives up to his second chance or totally screws it up. Thats my answer. (This post not related to above discussion that is full of spoiler tags) (So just keep havin your discussion if you want)

Maybe, which is why I would prefer to see a new engine, based on the original engine. This keeps it familiar, but (I think) allows improvements (i.e. graphics) to be implemented much easier. Also cuts down on development time.

Original and Sequel (+Mr.Lucas) combine Just found this photo. The cast of old and new (and Mr.Lucas) combine. Also, I read in a newspaper today theat Lucas is sick of making successful movies. Yes, you heard, er... read, oh whatever, I read it in the paper. He says he has 'earned the right to be a faliure'. I suppose some could argue he already has been a faliure with Episodes 1 and 2 being fairly poor compared to the originals, but so many people saw them both, they created huge profit for Lucas so that means it is a success in money terms, even if the movie is garbage.

Very nice, I especially like Malak as a snowman. And Bastila as a blond eh. Thx for sharing. I actually have my own to share. It is art work, rather than photoshoping. This is simply gorgeous. Yeah, I think they were they took out onto the streets, and I heard the guy saying "I'll leave tommorow I promise." The whole street was woken up. I wasn't even at a party. Just sat at home watching a movie (not porno). I even heard crashes of things against the wall. I think they will soon be kicked out by landlord anyway. Miracles do happen. Oh well, circle of life. Fireworks were only good thing. I guess I enjoyed myself a fair bit.

You must be very proud? Mine was not quite so good. Started off fine, then at 12.01am, next door neighbours start having a row. Lots of shouting, screaming, and an exxcesive use of F**KING from the guy. This continued until 12.50am when it calmed down. Later, it kicked off again, (not sure about time anywhere between 1.00am and 2.00am). Heluva way to start the new year eh?

Nice to have some reassurance. I hav never been discouraged from buying it, (the name, check the name) but I can understand to some extent why it is getting bad reviews. Agreed, like many others. Yep, Lucasarts knows when to milk a cash-cow. Now IF they make a KOTOR3 (I think they will) they should make production/designing etc of it 2 years at a bare minimum. Now I haven't played TSL yet, seeing as though I'm English+PCer, but from what i have seen over in Technical forum, there are a lot of bugs. Yes some will be recitified by Feb, but many will still remain. (I encounter few if any bugs, so I am lucky). If Lucasarts is smart (HA!) they will have 2 years of prduction at a bare minimum, in order to create the best game possible. This time it'd going to be even worse. (My comment(OOOOOOOOOO Bad Omens eh!?!?!?!?!?) Bad things happened in KOTOR, but your rag-tag bunch of space drop-outs and rogues always made it seem like a pretty jolly adventure - dark side inclinations aside. What's more is that while you were falling back to inject yourself with some adrenal stimulant or plotting a nifty force kill, you always knew you had two other jedis (unless you were mad and took Mission and Zaalbar) to rely on for healing and battle heroics. No more! No longer! Your the last known jedi in the universe, you're all alone and your almost dead. In addition you've lost your memory (My comment(I'll correct you there, only a tiny part of it i.e. how you got to Peragus), and you won't be given a lightsaber until your hours into the game, and pretty much everywere you go your relentlessly hunted by an insidious enemy. KOTOR2 is dark, and specifically designed to make you feel mistrustful, uneasy and continually endangered - it has been said many times before, but this is KOTOR's Empire Strikes back. Dark Jedi Not much has changed bar a few (fairly considerable) engine tweaks and an ungraded system, that means you can switch attack patterns without delving deep into the menu screens. However, perhaps the biggest change will come with the depth and complexity that can be found in your interactions with the world around you. It's promised that this time around, your decisions will have far greater impact, will invariably be moregut-wrenching and should swing the opinions of your paryt to an extent that's likely to have an impact on your gameplay much more than they did before.. Aside from Carth's grumbling and Bastila's haughtiness, you knew you could invariably count in your sidekicks in the original game. This time round though, they've got their own agendas and are far more likely to act in their own self-serving ways and promt disharmony in your ranks. Among the malcontents are a wise woman with one hand, a sultry handmaiden, a technical fellow with a home-made repair droid and the re-appearing of theperenially plucky security-breaking bot T3-M4. HK47 also turns up, although primarily sitting in a heap inb the Ebon Hawk's cargo hold dishing out droll 'statements2 until he's restored enough to tell you what terrible fate befell the ship's previous inhabitants. Ah the American Dream, to murder and humiliate your boss. This year has been a pretty rubbish year for movies i have to say. Now I am picky when it comes to films, and a film really has to appeal to me, most this year, haven't. The only 2 that have, and have been memorable have been, for me at least: The Incredibles Shrek 2 Let us hope next year is better

As we all know, North American XBoxers now have KOTOR2. Many of them, in there own personnel reviews of KOTOR2, have either given totally negative reviews of KOTOR2 (I'm waiting for yours Hades_One, in Feb), or more commonly, reviews that are good, but heavy on negative points. My question is, did they expect too much? Considering that the original won over 40 GOTY awards, and is perhaps one of the greatest RPGs and StarWards games ever, would KOTOR2 ever have beate it in any way. I honestly do not think so. IMO the original will always be the best. I never expected KOTOR2 to beat KOTOR, but the people who reviewed it on these forums, might have expected the sequel to thrash the original. Is that too high an expectation, or did Obsidian simply not live up to reasonable expectations due to time constrictions? Your thoughts, if you please.

Now A co-op would work twice aswell as this garbage idea, but I ain't sure how they would do it. Nah, lets turn it into some s**te RTS StarWars game (ala Force Commander). How about that? My sentiments exactly!
