When I tried fasting I was just way too hungry and would eat more at lunch than when I didn't. Gained some pounds doing that and was less happy. These days I like to have some protein for breakfast either an hour after waking up or after some exercise. It works well enough I guess. I'm also going job hunting soon. I'm getting paid well enough but the hours and the work itself are exhausting and after over a year of trying to take covid precautions only to have maskless dip****s breathe less than a foot away from me because "covid's not real/a big deal" I'm just done.

Just meme about it, anyone who hasn't seen it will think you're just making something up and anyone who has seen it will understannnnnnnnnnnnndu. I assume Araki does really good drugs. Each part seems to be more bizarre than the last, which seems hard to believe until you actually read or watch more than one part and realize it's completely true. JoJolion is wrapping up soon, so I guess we'll see if he has something that can top a gap-toothed Sailor with four tes- never mind.

We've already got Diamond is Unbreakable which is a season of Sailor Moon anime filler (complete with JoJo 4 fighting a plate of spaghetti) and we've got Stone Ocean coming up where JoJo 6 is a girl and a bunhead to boot (though it's serious mode where JoJo fights DIO's exbf to stop him from going to heaven).

It's not as bad as the political threads or food threads.

If you have any hot chicken places by you, they tend to put slaw on those sandwiches as opposed to lettuce and tomato. It adds much better texture and flavor imo.

A spicy chicken sandwich without slaw is worse than one with slaw. Not sure if topping it with chilli would be good though.

The In-N-Out close to me has calmed down quite a bit to the point going is actually feasible. The burger is really good (assuming you get it animal style, otherwise it's missing something) but the fries ain't all that and the shakes aren't anything to write home about. Anyways I went to Freebirds and had a brisket burrito bowl. Pretty good.

Kind of, later in the season one of the guys gets in trouble in a bathroom and says "bathroom disasters are Polnareff's thing". The pig gag was the funniest.

I'm on episode 2, but I got sidetracked with horror flicks and Beastars. And no one is sumo wrestling the cars either, but I guess nothing can out JoJo JoJo.

I dived in too deep to s2 of Beastars. Maybe later tonight, but something about those funny animals keeps drawing me in and making me laugh. I just can't stop myself. I'm sure you understannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnndu.

No, but there is an anthromorphized okapi stripper who almost gets eaten in the strip club before a gang of lions beat up a tiger. When the stand punching tumor isn't even the weirdest thing in the episode, you know things are weird. Just wait until you get to the second half of the series and Iggy shows up.

It's a different kind of weird, especially once season 2 starts. I don't know how to describe it without spoilers, but it's more funny than depressing.
