  1. WotEP’s cone sttack cannot trigger Swift Flurry and heart drumming, that pollaxe however does.
  2. Disposition for an inquisitor? Obvious choice is flavor: Honest, disflavor: Deceptive/Shady, not sure about the other one Rational/aggressive? Also one thing is that there are already Inquisitor(paladin/cipher) in the game so might better change the name of the subclass. Church inquisitor as the 3.5e version? Steel Garrote was a good choice because they have similar theme of inquisition, but they are already in-the-game with their own unique ability so..
  3. I personally prefer it to be more consistent with other paladin subclasses, so it looks more like an origin subclass instead of implanted from other games. But either way is fine i think. Veilpiercer has an upgrade that grants the user once per rest ability that remove spell effect in an aoe, maybe we can use that for inquisitor. What about True Sight, I think it is easy to create an ability that is self-central aoe that make enemy around immune to invisibility.
  4. Hey Kohwaiter, the thought of adding effect to exist ability is to make it consistent with other paladin subclass. For example Goldpact add gilded enmity to sworn enemy, Kind wayfare add white flame to FoD, Darcoozi Paladini add minor flame shield to LoH. Of course we can add new ability but that means we need extra icon, extra animiation and etc right?
  5. I tested it in 1.1, still full attack on everybody on the path.
  6. But a paladin/chanter won’t work so well if an encounter is designed to be 1) enemy has same healing + tankiness as u do, or 2) encounter with time limit. Sadly none of these case existed in the game.
  7. In any rpg games, a class that can heal and tank is always best for soloing. That’s the nature of solo.
  8. I always like the bg2 inquisitor as they are efficient mage killers. Their two core abilities dispel magic and true sight is very good against enemy casters. I have an idea of moving that kit to deadfire. So the subclass bonus will be: Adding Spell purge and Mark of Light to Sworn Enemy. Spell purge: suspend beneficial buff duration for 10 sec. (Like the old PoE 1 Deprive the Unworthy). Mark of true sight: target is immune to invisibility + untargetable buff. One mimic dispel magic, one mimic true sight. Which turns a paladin into a real mage hunter. Anyone interested?
  9. Economical side, an ability that cost 2 source point should only hit one target. If you can hit 5+ target with a 2 point ability, it is really OP. Same as Flagellent’s Path, i think it should hit charged target with full attack and only do crush, fire or DoT damage to enemies on the path, or change the cost to 3-4 point, just like Heart of Fury.
  10. My rogue has to pass the gaze check every 1 or 2 second because all his attacks are single target ones and it seems DoT will trigger the gaze check too. While in contrast my other companions are rarely get dominated or terrified.
  11. Another thought is make 2h+full attack into cone AOE attack.
  12. One thing that is very weird is, if you dual wielding Pistol, you can do full attack even if you only reload once. So Imo Full Attack ability should use mainhand+offhand as it's recovery time.
  13. Even it works as intended, imo there should be a inner cooldown on how often it is triggered.
  14. Quick switch doesn’t feel so unique to me, and fighter has already a unique subclass to maximize the usage of it, so I don’t see why it can’t be picked by every class.
  15. The bonus is not high enough for the effort anyway. I'd choose draw parry enchantment instead.
  16. I wish we can pick quick switch with any classes, it’s such painful experience to switch weapons in battle. Blackjack can switch with 0 recovery time, I don’t see why can’t make other classes 2nd good at it.
  17. To be noted that Only Static Charge will do friendly fire, Static Thunder won't.
  18. Check what is the highest accuracy enemy can get in this game, and if you have 75 more deflection than that number, then it is enough.
  19. I don't think it will be too powerful, 2h sword has an average base damage of 21, so maximize base damage will make it from 21->24, it's +3 base damage. Comparing with DW with full attack, average base damage of a sword is 16, with full attack it is 16x2 = 32.
  20. @cdiaz over penetration bonus was a separate multiplier for lash damage before 1.1.
  21. Problem is I’m limited to almost 1/2 weapons due to the bad performance of 2h weapons, questions is do they care? If not we will need a overall mod for it
