Stats look fine. On PotD I like to max Perception, but for Veteran that should be fine. The main draw for Sharpshooter is not Penetration, but accuracy bonuses (Marked Prey, Stalker's Link, and Accurate Wounding Shot, later Survival of the Fittest) and Driving Flight, which causes your ranged attacks to bounce to additional targets (at reduced damage). For extra Penetration make sure you kill/rob the Rauatai sailors in Wild Mare tavern in the early Valera quest in Neketaka Queen's Berth. One of them carries an awesome ring for a ranged character. Also the basic, cheap rogue ability, Crippling Strike, comes with 2 Pen bonus (as well as +25% damage). It's also possible to use Pierce the Bell for +5 Pen, but not really worth it IMO. And forget about Recovery malus. With the Streetfighter bonus (which should be always active with a blunderbuss build trough Powder Burns modal) and all those Rogue Full Attacks, you'll still be twice as fast as the Devoted version. Deflection penalties will make you more squishy... but this is a ranged character and party play, right? So it shouldn't be a problem? Oh and... if you have a Wizard... sometimes with a particularly tough enemy it might be worth it to cast a humble level 2 spell, Combusting Wounds, switch to regular, single target, 4 bullet blunderbusses, fire Full Attack abilities and see the wounds rapidly pile up (spell gets a new damage stack (3 pts. of damage per tick) with every hit; regular BB fullattack = 8 hits, so you add 24 damage/3 seconds stacks with every salvo: 24/48/72 damage every 3 seconds.. and so on).

Troubadour doesn't really buff damage, other then the 15% lash - but as you noticed, someone else in the party could have done the singing duty. A Fighter also doesn't have particularly high damage buffs, even a Devoted. Plus if you went Devoted to BB, you probably run into Penetration issues sometimes, also lowering damage. And yeah, with the mortars, you should have invested more in Int for aoe radius. The class with the big damage boosts is Rogue. Using mortars even synergizes well with the OP Streetfighter subclass, as their modal - Powder Burns - afflicts them with Distracted - and Flanked, which triggers +50% Recovery Speed reduction, +50% additional Sneak damage (on top of 30-110% base+Deathblows damage). Their skills also add +25 or even, in case of Devastating Blow on heavily injured enemy, up to 300% damage. Plus they can apply heavy Damage over Time effects - in case of mortars, also in an aoe. If you wanted to optimize damage, IMO you should have went Streetfighter / Ranger Sharpshooter (for bouncing ranged attacks, accuracy boosts, pet and bonus Penetration) or alternatively maybe something like Streetfighter/Helwalker Monk (for huge Int - aoe radius, huge Might, bonus speed, potential aoe Stunning disables and Penetration - rather squishy though).

If you plan to actively use debuffs, Frostfall from BoW could be a nice (if late) offhand. With Dispersed Suffering you increase debuff durations on enemies around you. Kinda nice with Mental Binding, Secret Horrors, Ring Leader and Mind Plague. Almost tempts to get Toxic Strike also. Maybe on another party member though

You don't have to abuse BB to use a Streetfighter. In fact you probably shouldn't if you want to play it as intended. I'm currently playing a Devoted/Streetfighter Swashbuckler and I don't use BB at all. Or Chill fog. Or any other abuse. Partially because I don't want to debuff my Fighter's mighty Intuitive Perception (+25%crit and 50% graze-to-hit) buff. Instead I charge/escape into a group of enemies and fight surrounded, often flanked, sometimes blooded. Sometimes my char is slow, but often he benefits from Streetfighter bonuses - particularly when the heat is intense, enemies many and incoming damage high. That said, I wouldn't risk such a playstyle with anything other then a Fighter, who can survive A LOT with Unbending active (or maybe a Pally, but then with a much more defensive build). Plus there are alternatives, such as Barring the Death's Door builds, but those are too gimmicky/risky/relaying on short lived buffs for me.

Yeah, Cleaving Stance is really sweet with it. And I'm sure Blood Thirst also, but that comes much later. Finishing/Devastating Blow would still be pretty useful, the damage starts to scale from Blooded. And many enemies have way more then 200 HP... And Bloody Slaughter is a nice enabler for Barb Blow refund. Anyway both are only relevant to primary targets (not entirely sure about Slaughter), while the slay effect works in aoe.

Yeah, it's good. Strong enchants for speed and accuracy. But you can reforge either Blade of the Endless Paths (estoc) or Whispers of the Endless Paths (greatsword) - provided that you have a PoE1 history where you reforged the BotEP. BotEP is an excellent single-target weapon. WotEP is an interesting weapon which attacks in a cone - but at a significantly lower damage (but can also special attack/afflict/DoT several enemies at once). Wahai Poraga (pollaxe) is another option for hitting up to 4 surrounding targets at once (friend or foe in this case) - but also at low individual damage. Personally I prefer weapons which do full damage to primary target and have nice aoe damage splashes (Eager Blade and Amra Axe, late game Engoliero de Espirs, Oathbreaker Axe; I suppose Lord Darryn's Voulge in the hands of a Barbarian also counts).

Amra is the new two-handed battleaxe which has a chance to Frenzy on kill and when your Might is 25 or more, it triggers aoe damage on crit (25% of the base damage, but modified by might, weapon quality, sneak attack etc.). It can also be enchanted to slay low hp enemies in aoe with this crit effect (or to increase aoe damage to 33%).

For two handed Estocs and Battleaxes have the best uniques IMO (yes, regular battleaxes are 1-handed, but there are two pretty awesome two-handed uniques). Both of those weapon categories offer some aoe splash damage options, which are quite potent if coupled with rogue sneak attack modifiers, weapon quality bonuses and might bonuses. Estocs also offer great Penetration and the uniques provide attack speed and accuracy boosts. Or a significant boost to half of your attributes - after first kill. Amra battleaxe aoe effect is triggered on crit (plus a chance to Frenzy on kill), while Eager Blade estoc is triggered when hitting near death enemies (plus accuracy and speed bonuses on crit) and Engoliero de Espirs estoc cool effects are triggered on kill.

Mant2si probably meant Amra Frenzy and Barb Frenzy don't stack. Which is true enough. But not really a problem, since you don't want to wait for a 25% chance on kill to start triggering Amra's more important bonuses anyway. Amra Frenzy is better for non-Barbarians who then can sometimes enjoy Frenzy speed boost. Make sure to enchant Amra with slay 50 HP enemies effect. Even though your character won't have Cleaving Stance to take most advantage of it, you still want to deliver killing blows to trigger Bloodlust and later Blood Thirst. Power levels to Fire probably translates to +10-20% damage and +2 Accuracy on FoD attacks only. Amra will trigger aoe damage with each crit. So apples and oranges, kinda. FoD is single target, Amra provides aoe capability. Generally I like rogue multiclasses for weapons which proc special effects, such as Amra, because usually their significant sneak attack bonuses is also also added. Btw, you do realize that Magran's Favor is one handed but Amra is two-handed?

Yeah, Ghost Blade kills trigger more Ghost Blades at least. But DoTs, for example Deep Wounds, do not.

Nope. Can't use a shield with a two-hander and heavy armor + two-hander... ugh... maybe on a triggered Streetfighter. With a Mindstalker I prefer not to SA every attack, but rather do a Full Attack-SA-Full Attack-SA chain. So I usually have 100+ Focus on every SA. Sun and Moon 1 head autoattack gave me.. like 20-30 Focus? Pretty useless for my purpose.
