I'm trying to hold strong.

Every single one of your posts on this topic has been punctuated by a rage and indignation that astounds me. You think you're saying these mega-important and scathing things, but really its just a tantrum akin to a child. I love how you came to that conclusion about me based on a humor image. I have no idea why I thought posting in here - or at least engaging with you - was a good idea.

So why don't you do something to stop them from propagating, Bryy? Um... I'm not a part of GamerGate so my example kind of does not correspond to me. Ok, so why don't you stop the propagating that happens from your side, such as the pro-bullying tweets? Propagating of what? Are you honestly suggesting that people tweeting and posting "she didn't deserve it but..." are equatable to #StopGamerGate?

Was it your idea to make it confusing and incoherent or was that the idea of the person who hijacked it? No, that was me. GG is disjointed and nobody knows or cares what the other person "in GG" thinks. It's a bit more unclear in this one, though, but whatever. Wait, someone thought your graph was too coherent and modded it? dafuq, I don't even The part about Dox and Death Threats and Rape Threads are supposed to be separate rather than "/". While they are connected by a line, its never supposed to imply that those three things are on the same level or even all done by the same people. The point was supposed to be that even though those things are denounced, nobody does anything to actually stop them from propagating. Now it just seems like the people denouncing are the ones doing the [direct] harm. I'm anti-GG and this graph's purpose is anti-GG, but I'm not going to look away from those that don't want bull****. There are degrees here. Do I think anyone associated with GG that doesn't agree with its tactics is tainted by proxy? Yes. But that doesn't make them a bad guy.

I was about to buy Civ 5.2 to bide the time, but someone gifted me The Forest.

Pillars of Compatibility

This thread title is amazing. Seeing as how this question has already been answered, that's all I can contribute. -

Was traded The Forest for my.... sniff... exclusive summer TF2 gear. Dat game is all kinds of crazy.

I love how they relish their cheesy sex talk.

I'm going to try to unlock all the dialogue perks as soon as possible.

Dev sends death threat to Valve CEO, has game removed from STEAM
Bryy replied to Kaftan Barlast's topic in Way Off-Topic
Other indie devs have piped up to say that this guy is a **** in general and that they agree with this. Frankly, I do, too. You can be mad all you want (over a delayed image change, no less, wtf), but badmouthing the company whose umbrella you now are under, and then sending a death threat to the owner.... yeah, I can sort of see why his game and status were revoked. And as for "ruining his life"... he did that to himself. -
If that was the Dragon Age Inquisition, shouldn't there be an emo dude and a VD infested pirate? Dammn, now I know what I'm naming all my guys.

I don't think anyone can really reasonably say GG has not been tainted, whether they believe the "original intent" was an attack on women or for ethics in journalism. I mean, just look at the mountain of **** that anyone in the pro-GG camp is lumped in with now. By this logic humanity is tainted and we should all just kill ourselves ... wow, so that over-reaction happened.

The quests/lore/writing in the beta - likes and dislikes
Bryy replied to Starwars's topic in Backer Beta Discussion
Maybe it is, but logical quest options seem to be missing. I agree quest dialogue is a bit wonky and "gamey". It might help if dialogue options were to be separated between "asked" and "have not asked". -
Americans: was in Paris at the Natural History Museum. Guy comes in on his cell eating a hotdog. Says "It's just the same old ****". Leaves. Japanese: In Hawaii, I would get pushed out of the way as they ran by me, with literally nobody around except us.

So how old are you people then?
Bryy replied to Jarmo's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
32. My first game was Mario 2. I saw the commercial and my first thought wasn't "I need that", it was "we can do that?". -
No, it just looks fantastic.

The quests/lore/writing in the beta - likes and dislikes
Bryy replied to Starwars's topic in Backer Beta Discussion
The writing is top notch. I cannot get over how the nobles explain the class divide. -
We'll see how many lessons they've learned if any. I want to be optimistic too but... with keyboard/mouse controls being a last minute addition, for example, it's pretty obvious they still think that PC gamers are 2-nd class. Mapping controls are not a "last minute addition". It's not like they can just press F2 and every action is perfectly synced to every button. Think about how many functions are required in a game. Think of how many rely on taps, on twitches, on holding the button down while you press another one. One what pressing space once means as oppose to pressing it twice.

New stream on Monday. I may be completely subjugated by work and lazy enough to watch.
