Feargus was hinting at doing something involving the screenshot already posted in the end. Not for sure anymore it has been a few days.

No idea what they are going to be upto but it has been implied that they are going to take a very active interest in the end.

I thought they just had a goal that expires in 60 hours!But i am not yet sold! How can i trust them especially after the fiascos of DS3 and kotor2?? I thought id had plenty of time to browse through the details and decide but it seems we are pressed here.. The kick starter has been running for a month so there was time to decide but just read all the updates on the KS page watch the videos and make your choice. You either trust obsidion to make a game worth your investment or you dont. Without publishers being in the mix I trust obsidion more with this model then I do with there traditional releases. They will finally have the freedom to do what they think they should do.

I hated inventory management in those games. It was just one big mess. I'll take inventory tetris over that anytime. Easter-egg idea: Actual tetris mini-game using blocks made from items in your inventory. LOL I would play it ... Just saying

I said also for that reason there are a number of guilty parties between the publisher, developers and player its just sad that it has dumbed down gaming in general to the point that 90% of modern mmo's and rpg's dont even require the text to be read to beat the game.

Its also the modern "gamer" getting to lazy to actually play the damn game.

A compass I can live with its good for getting your orientation when looking at the map and trying to make your way some where.

Quest markers get rid of the actual questing its just walk here kill that now follow the next floating arrow and kill that now loot the corpse and follow the marker back to this guy to give him the lich dust and boar tusks.... How is hand holding fun? And dont start with the whole well just make it an option to turn off thing. Bethesda tried that and you could turn off quest markers but since they where in the game quest text was not written in a way for you to beable to find the quest locations without the markers.

Love giant manuals sadly noone makes them any more. The only company I can think of is Fraxis with the Civ series. They include an 100+ page spiral bound manual with basically the entire game encyclopedia in it.

I have collected all the books I can find in the ES games there is alot of lore there. Some days I start morrowind up and dont even get any playing done I just sit there in my stolen house and read. *edit morrowind not morrowing...

Gog and steam duh! Really though I have multihaundreds of games installed through steam the auto updating and integrity checks are the only way to manage all of them.
