Argentina have been serial bottlers at World Cups since 1990. They are just continuing a hallowed tradition.

Unless you count COVID, I guess. So you can understand how people going "what about the poor dead policemen?" after black people point out that they are being killed at a much higher rate than other ethnicities by police, sounds a bit offensive. To add insult to injury, let's not forget that thanks to qualified immunity, the "bad apples" that are injuring and killing people, and found to be at fault, suffer little or no consequences for their actions. So people that talk about Blue Lives Matter are usually either ignorant, disingenuous, or practicing active disinformation. By the way, just to makes things clear "bad apples" is in quotes because the problems that enable these bad actions by police, and keep them from consequences, are institutional and systemic.

Actually just being on the permanent rally trail has been an enormous source of income on its own. If it was only money on his mind, I imagine he'd be happy to just keep that going until he keels over and dies. I'd say he's actually running because he is trying to escape indictments/prosecution/whatever can stick on teflon.

The opening dream sequence reminded me of the dialogues philosophers use to write to put forth their ideas.

The music that I've heard so far is pretty great.

Mouse troubles
Pidesco replied to Pidesco's topic in Pentiment: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
After a restart the mouse worked fine in the main menu, so maybe it was nothing. I still can't zoom in with the mouse though. -
I could not get the mouse to work with the main menu, but it worked in the first dialogue. Also when going into the view mode during the dialogue, zoom with the mouse did not work. Zoom worked with the gamepad, however.

21/9 support ?
Pidesco replied to Drabble's topic in Pentiment: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
It's a 2D game designed for 16:9. At most Obsidian could set up some art for the game to place on the unused margins for 21:9 resolutions. It would be just cosmetic, though. Note that I have a 21:9 monitor, myself, and I understand where you're coming from. Regarding 4k, I don't know what might be the issue. -
Mine is preloaded and ready to go.
