Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor fits the bill in the bugginess department. Also, the story is boring, the combat is boring and pretty much everything in the game is boring. I've also heard bad things of a game called Gorasul but I've never played it.

Is Bloodlines buggier than Arcanum?

3-Iron. It's a little korean movie about a guy that breaks into other people's houses. This is the only movie that really surprised me this year. Interesting detail: The lead character never says a word throughout the whole movie.

Ogre Battle. It's a great strategy game done in a way i've never seen anywhere else. And if you play the game like a power gamer you get the evil ending.

If you know japanese, Tales of Phantasia is a good option. Or you can wait for the translation. Or you can play the original on the Super Famicon.

Vagrant Story, Castlevania:SOTN, Tactics Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics are definitely worth playing. I'm going to disagree with Darque and say you shouldn't touch Suikoden (the first one) with a 50 foot pole.
