I have realiable intelligence info that this "Drego Bowl" comic is the greatest work of 'art' ever to come out of Japan. Supposedly, it's about constipated japanese children and ping-pong. I think it is an insult to humanity to compare it to Archie, a genial serialisation who has helped shaped generations of sound, non-sexually deviant, white people all over the world. Sandman is good, and that pretty much is it. (Is Bone american or british? ) Americans could never create anything similar to YKK "uhh, where's all the action duuude? wtf this **** is boring" etc. etc. Actually YKK could only come from Japan. They have huge loads of ****, but stuff from them that is pure Win exceeds every other country. And they've done much more experimental and avant garde stuff. Mind you, I have nothing against whole western comic scene, many european comics are awesome as are some american ones, but they have no chance against Japan. (I doubt there'll ever be day when some western comic will beat awesomeness of Nausicaa) Are you ignoring European comics just for the hell of it, or do you really don't know squat about them?

I'd like to point out that five years from now, we will probably(definitely) have game hacks that will allow you to play without online activation. It's almost like 2k supports piracy or something. And anyway, things are worse than you think. The DVD you, mkreku, and everyone else who has already bought the game, isn't actually the full game. The internet "activation" bit is actually a download of a bunch of game critical files, including the main executable. Yay.

Posts at TTLG indicate that the game is just a straight up shooter. A good, relatively open shooter but still just a standard shooter. I think a Swedish journalist also said as much some time ago in a preview. Considering Ken Levine repeatedly said it was possible to play the game stealthily, I'm not too happy. You can't even walk in the game, and the splicers, supposedly don't react to any sounds you make.
