The severed hand in incewind dale 2 was great, it was the only good area in the second and third maps of the game.

There is no way that you will ever see another planescape torment or anything that is anywhere close to its greatness.

Once you got to the second world map everything crapped out. My character, despite having almost maxed remove traps couldnt disable or find most of the traps in the map, the balance was completely screwed up. The enemies sucked, the puzzles were annoying, the art sucked(except the ice temple), the music sucked, the roleplaying sucked etc. The second map of icewind dale 2 was quite terrible. BTW the vale of shadows in icewind dale rocked.

Im planning to replay bg1 with tutu and the dialogues mod. However I also want a mod that adds extra content and new areas, but i dont know of any major ones except dsotc and that isnt compatible with tutu. any recommendations?

The first world map of icewind dale 2 was a masterpiece, it was excellently designed and played damn well. The only problem was that there were no good items to be found at all, thus, combat did not feel rewarding. But the second area and the third area was crap. The only good part towards the end of the game was when you got back to the severed hand.

If you like making parties, then you will enjoy icewind dale 2.

Its too bad all their talent is wasted on working in midway. Specially maldonaldos and sawyers. BTW, does anyone have any idea why maldonaldo left obsidian?

OK then, Ill go for the first. There are a few miscellaneous factors that make the first a better choice though, because it has an infrared port and that small circle in the middle of the keyboard that moves the mouse in addition to the trackpad, which are features that the second one doesnt have.

The problem is that toee wasnt challenging. The combat was really slow - yes. But there was no challenge. It too easy. Just like pool of radiance, you had to play the exact same battles over and over again and it was incredibly repetitive.

For 50 pounds, I can upgrade the first laptop to 3.2 gegahertz, increase the ram to 1024 and improve the monitor from wxga to wsxga. Is it worth it?

I can upgrade it later on, i suppose. So its not that important.

So what exactly does this technology do? Does it simply make wireless access to networks faster? If thats allit does, then youre right, i probably wont need it.

Well 70 pounds is quite a hell of a lot to me. But whats more important is getting a laptop that will last me sometime. I dont want to buy a laptop that cant handle the next generation games. BTW does anyone here have experience with dell? How soon do they deliver their laptops? Im working temporarily in coventry(near birmingham) but i will be leaving for the isle of man on the 7th of january. the problem is that dell has a free double memory upgrade for laptops going on now that i want to avail of thatv will be ending on the 29th of this month, so i was wondering how long it takes them to deliver their goods.

Im thinking of playing bg1 with tutu when i buy a laptop. it will be cool to explore the forests and nice areas in bg1 with higher res graphics. Is tutu buggy or does it work ok? isnt there an npc banter pack for tutu also?
