What happened to Resident Evil 1&2 ??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> REmake is a "remake" of Resident Evil the first. RE was my original fav, but REmake dethroned it. 2... meh

I rarely max level, I enjoy leveling until I hit a "comfort zone". The only game I ever leveled to max level and beyond was in Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. And that was work But strangely fun....

Incorrect. Your logic if flawed. The "item" was originally purchased, and that's all that matters. You didn't steal a copy off the internet, nor did someone make a duplicate of it, nor did you shoplift. Someone "purchased it" and as long as they don't duplicate it they can do what they want with what they legally purchased. Mission failed.

What if someone buys your book then lends it to me to read? Am I a thief? By your logic I am since I read it without paying. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not really since you have the genuine article. Pirating games is different since it's effectively copying and redistributing. If someone loans you something it's not theft, but if someone scans it into a PDF and gives it to you (using a novel as an example) then they have illegally made a copy... and thus that is theft.

I have no hope for Fallout 3. If it sucks, I'm out nothing. If it turns out to be good, I'll be unbelievably surprised and pleased.

Fallout FF8 is my favorite of the series... but blowing things away with a plasma rifle is just fun.
