  1. Have you played the Suikoden games? Far superior to the Final Fantasy games in every way.
  2. Nah, I'm a Decepticon lover. Other possibilities are Starscream or Unicron. I also at one point wanted to get four cats and name them War, Death, Pestilence, and Famine, but my girlfriend thought that was too wierd.
  3. I didn't name any of them. My parents named Copy and Phantom. We got Phantom after my parents had seen the Phantom of the Opera for the 2nd time, and named her Phantom because they thought it looked like she had a mask covering one side of her face. Copy they named copy because she's all symmetrical. All her markings are the same on both sides of her body, and Kitten we just called kitten because she was the only one of Phantom's kittens we couldn't think of a name for. We thought of Ripple like 2 or 3 months later, but it never stuck because we had been calling her Kitten for 2-3 months. They're all at my parents house, and my apartment doesn't allow pets. When I get a cat of my own I want to name it either Apocalypse, Devastator, or Megatron. Copy prefers human food over everything else. When I make canned chicken or tuna, she runs from wherever in the house she is to the kitchen and whines at me until I give her the can, if you're eating ice cream she jumps up whereever you are and tries to eat it right off your spoon, she sits in empty chairs at the table during dinner, etc. Phantom is afraid of everything. Kitten has a schedule. In the morning she wants to sit with anyone who has a lap, afternoon she doesn't want to have anything to do with anyone, and at night she goes into the laundry room and sleeps.
  4. For once I'm going to say: download it! Bethesda hasn't rereleased it even once since 1996, and the copies that are on the market are going for 50-200$, depending on condition. It's insane that a 9 year old game is more expensive than a brand new game from 2005. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I went to Half.com to see what I could get Suikoden IV for and it gave me the results for all four games. $25 for Suikoden IV, $25 for Suikoden 3, $30 for Suikoden 1, and $88 for Suikoden 2.
  5. I think its funny that the civ3 expansions are more expensive than the stand alone game. Civ 3 is 10 bucks, while Civ 3 Complete is 50. Meaning you pay 20 bucks each for the expansions. Atl least in Canada. I personally like Civ3, though it definitely has its faults. Such as those damn other civs demanding 152 gold per turn for their spices.
  6. Here's Copy Heres Phantom And heres Kitten(Her real name is Ripple, but it never stuck because we had been calling her Kitten for months before naming her) And as a bonus, heres Copy trying to eat my yogurt.
  7. I'd force persuade Hasbro to have a decent new TF show made instead of all the garbage they've been bringing over from Japan.
  8. HK-47... but he seems to be absent from the poll.
  9. Vancouver Canucks. Been a Canuck fan since I was a kid, but was never that much into hockey, in the last few years though I've been right into it. Team Canada is also one I cheer for. Not into any sports other than Hockey though.
  10. I thought the part that caused the most uproar was cutting the ending of the book out of the movie. I've only read Fellowship(And that took me nearly 2 months of forcing myself to read it. Dear god that book was boring) so I don't know much about the Harrowing of the Shire or whatever it was, except that most people I've asked about it think its the best part of the series.
  11. Mr Freeze is my favorite Batman villain. Well, at least the Animated Series version was. Because he's the most sympathetic of all the batman villains. Anyway, since this is a complete reboot of the series and disregards the 4 previous movies, which, IMO weren't actually very good, I hope to see them all. Penguin was done terribly, Riddler was done terribly, two-face was done terribly, and Joker wasn't terrible, but he was just Jack being Jack, only in makeup.
  12. Hehehe, yes. My friend was like "Ok wait... that was He-Man? Why was he so gay looking?" And I was like "Did you actually watch the old cartoon?"
  13. It was the pink shirt and the girl's haircut.
  14. I know, they were totally too short. Thats why I bought the extended editions. 4 1/2 hour Return of the King =
  15. So Maggie Grace is no longer playing Kitty Pride.
  16. I found it entertaining in one of my PnP games, I had a thief character who seemed to only succeed his actions if they were horribly complicated. For example, if I merely attacked, I'd roll 6s and such, but if I rolled through their legs, jumped into the air while spinning around to face their back and throw my shortsword at them, I'd critically succeed all my dex checks then a critical attack roll. He robbed a 14th level wizard's sanctuary with a broken leg at level 7. Hopped around on one leg and didn't fail a single stealth check. My DM was cursing every time I passed. It was pretty funny.
  17. Kingdom Come was awesome
  18. I tend to avoid it when I can.
  19. The animated series made Superman much more interesting. They weakened him so that he's still near invulnerable, but at least he feels it. He can take a missile to the chest, but instead of just standing there, it sends him flying backwards. He also is nearly as strong as normal, it just takes time to ready himself to use the limits of his strength, or the effects of his strength and its effects on his surroundings are more realistic. Like he can catch a crashing jet with little effect on himself, but the ground and the jet would crumple under the force. Makes him much more interesting when he can't do everything so easily.
  20. Not only will he not die, but he will become more powerful. He did that in a storyline about an invasion of earth and came out and wiped out like an entire fleet by himself.
  21. Beast Wars was very good. Except for Cheetor's freckles.
  22. Thunderbirds was cool, but not as good as Captain Scarlet. Too bad the TB movie sucked.
  23. Lightsaber customization is almost impossible to do smoothly using the current methodology. It's possible but crystal management is a real pain in the butt (color crystals specifically). With that said, I would love to be able to pull the hood up on the robes in K3. Of course, that would mean that the devs would have to make the hoods really big to account for clipping on the various heads. Makes it almost not worth it <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They wouldn't need to make them really big, they would just need to animate them properly.
  24. The official website doesn't make much mention of anything transforming. It looks pretty much like a combination Mad Max/Twisted Metal Black MMOG.
  25. Reason #127 to hate Energon.
