This is news? I knew this like 2 months ago. I actually saw an ad for it not long ago with the logos for both systems plus the PC.

I've had no problems with my PS2. I've had it for 5 years, and I would normally do marathon game sessions on it, now I mostly use it for a DVD player, and its constantly running. Its overly sensitive to scratches, but thats the only problem I have. That and the fast forward speed is horribly slow when using it as a DVD player.

I find it funny that not a single reply supported more seasons of the show.

I personally think its a good idea to cancel it. Have it go out while its still popular instead of letting it become crap. And 10 is a good number to go out on. Not many shows have gone that many seasons.

is there any benefit to preordering? Because I find most games I want tend to be in stock when I go to pick it up the day it comes out anyway.

I saw the movie, does that count?

most of Apocs' powers came from "the ship" I think it's the ship the master controls. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, I believe Apocalypse's only mutant power is immortality... but I may be wrong.

I don't want flying, thats just too hard to implement without breaking the game, though climbing, jumping, and swimming would be very welcome. Climbing alone would make rogues a lot more fun.

I use XSI, where the X and Z are horizontal and Y is vertical So thats what I'm going by.

I went to Vancouver Film School for my 3d class, and I can totally relate. Half the class ended up with absolutely garbage demo reels because they just didn't bother showing up for class or didn't really take it seriously, which is sad because it cost them like 25 grand to go. Yet the people who did apply themselves ended up with absolutely gorgeous reels. One of the guys ended up getting a job at 3d realms working on Duke Nukem Forever... My first thought when I heard that was "Sweet, job security". We figured he would have ended up at Pixar though. Most of the others ended up at Nerd Corp and Mainframe, with a couple at Rockstar and EA. I sadly find it hard to motivate myself outside of a studio environment and haven't been able to update my demo reel.

If I had bought a whole new computer instead of upgrading, with the same stuff I have, it would have cost me around 1200 bucks. Thats for a Pentium D 3.2GHz, a geforce 7600GT, and 2 gigs of ram. I assume that will run NWN2... since thats the only reason I upgraded.

I hate how people keep calling it a Z axis. X is left to right, Y is up and down, Z is back and forth. Right now most 3d games tend to mostly use the Z and X axis. I want more use of the Y axis dammit.

My ringtone is the transformers movie theme. I think thats decently geeky.

My opinion on smoking in public is simple. If you're smoking outside and it bothers me, I can move. If you're smoking inside and it bothers me, you can move.

I figured they'd look at the last group of adaptions and see that the ones that treated their source material with respect (Spider-Man, Sin City, Batman Begins, etc.) went on to be successful, while the ones that threw the source material out the window (Catwoman, AvP, etc) failed.

That is supposed to be Megatron? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So we have Chrome Predator as Megatron, Chicken Monkey for Starscream, Optimus Prime is a skinny bitch, and Bumblebee is straight out of Bionicle. Its like the design team was like "Ok, how can we make this as little like Transformers as possible... because Catwoman was super awesome and this should be just like that" Its crap like this that makes me wish they shows some of the bad interviews of people coming out of the theaters instead of just the good ones. I'd love to see the commercials with quotes by audiences such as: "I thought it was supposed to be a transformers movie?" "I didn't think Alien Vs Predator 2 was out until later this year" "I want my 12 bucks back" etc.

Megatron... I sure as hell hope its a work in progress. It needs some serious redesigns of the legs. And arms. And body, and head.

Because the designers figured the Autobots needed to look like Bionicle figures, and the decepticons like mish mashes of different mechanical animals.
