  1. AC3? My condolences. got it for the DLC. I'm an Alternate History buff. I liked 2. I will probably enjoy Brotherhood once I start it. Heck, I even found some enjoyment in playing the first game. I had to stop playing the third game when I reached chapter 10. The game no longer held my interest. It was good at times, but I much prefer the games released before it.
  2. Dude looks great. I doubt people make million dollar games "to troll". I'm mostly talking about the writing. I will probably buy this down the road, but the writing in their last few games has been less than stellar.
  3. On my first playthrough, I'm just going to use the companions that I like the most, no matter what their class is (as long as that doesn't totally cripple me in battles).
  4. Been playing World of Goo, Bastion and Castle Crashers. The first two are being played for the first time. Castle crashers, I own on every platform it is released on but it's the first time I play it on PC. I have only played it in 4 player local co-op before. This time, I'm playing solo. It's not as fun, but I still enjoy it.
  5. AC3? My condolences.
  6. At this point, BW must be trolling us.
  7. Bye, bye, Ghana. We hardly knew ye.
  8. Forgot to mention the most obvious pro: No publisher involvement.
  9. GHANAH!!! Yes, yes, yes!
  10. Germany are dominating this game. The can't not score in this game.
  11. There are many pros, but I will post the ones that I can think of off the top of my head. Pros Original setting. I don't mind the D&D settings of the IE games, but it will be fun to see something new, even if some things will be reminiscent of other fantasy settings. Big focus on dialog. Lots of reading required. Love the storybook sequences we have seen so far. Party based combat in isometric view. This was the most important part of my backing this project. I am very much looking forward to learning about how to best make good use of the new rule system. Cons No multi-classing. This is a very subjective subject, but I like it. I thought George Ziets was on-board for the whole development period, not only pre-production. I don't like what I have seen from the UI so far. Character portraits have been a mixed bag so far. I like some of them. Still unsure about the Stamina/Health system. it's not a big con, but this is one thing about the new systems that I will have to try out for myself to see if I like it or not.
  12. I'm currently watching breaking Bad season 2. This had me burst out laughing for like 5 minutes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0HBd_fjfbY
  13. I recommend it. SRPG battles with choose-your-own-adventure sections while not fighting.
  14. Ecuador needs to win now. It will be tough against France. (Althou Sakho should have been sent off.)
  15. Happened to me long ago.
  16. Gotten two free games and Consortium for a fiver so far. A few games bought on STEAM. Backlog will never end.
  17. I beat Gunpoint. A bit short but still fun to mess around with. It's a mixed stealth puzzle platformer, I guees. You can beat most levels in different ways, and that's what I tried for the levels I enjoyed most. I even kept the game running after beating it just to hear the music, really liked it.
  18. Finished my second run of South Park: The Stick of Truth. I have now completed every Obsidian Entertainment games at least twice. Played Torchlight II. If character progression and no auction house had been a thing in Diablo III, I would have preferred D3, but now I must say that I think I prefer TL2. But not by a big margin. They both have poor writing and a bit too happy graphical styles. The one thing that I like more in Diablo III is that when you hit an enemy, it somehow felt good. It's decent feedback in TL2, not as bad as Path of Exile, but still.
  19. STEAM not letting me trade cards. What have I done to you GabeN?
  20. Did you know there are side quests in the police station during the endgame? I'm not sure. I know I did one quest for Sgt. Yates. That's the only quest I know of in the PoPo station.
  21. There weren't many new announcements. What I was interested in before E3, I am still interested in.
  22. Replaying The Stick of Truth as a Rogue. Skipping side quests and just going through the main story.
  23. Cool. I didn't expect them to be delivered until W2 released.
