4x games?
It's a 3d RTS, no 4Xs in Homeworld. Still good, though, but not what she asked for.

It wasn't buggy at all on my PS2, dunno where you got that from. Did you actually play it? I haven't played it. Multiple people have complained about serious framerate drops and a lot of people hate the controls. Replace "buggy" with "janky".

EXTRA EXTRA!
Excuse me while I'm over here not caring. Anyone wanting any of the Fallouts should get them from Good Old Games and stop supporting the putrid husk of a store that is Gamestop & Co.

I'm just not a big comic fan, no need to turn this into a comic discussion.

Planescape: Torment Topic
Good point, but what else is there left to discuss about it? The sequel thread went to hell and back along with the poor woman who made it. Also, blame whoever brought up art. I told back then that the art discussion won't ever go anywhere. @Oner: There are better books and better movies, video games need to do something unique with the medium that differentiates them from other forms of art. @Boo: Shadow of the Colossus would be the PST of console gamers. A game that was buggy all over, didn't sell all that well(AFAIK) and went largely unnoticed. Now everyone is yelling it's artsy-ness as loud as they can.

A fun little game to play!
- Planescape: Torment Topic
If any game is ever going to be considered art by the academic community, I feel it will be something that uses the medium to its fullest. Planescape's writing was amazing, perhaps one of the best, but it could almost as well be a pick-your-own-adventure book. The interactivity is really only used to the fullest in dialogue, since then there have been many amazing things done with the genre. Just look at Achron, the time traveling RTS or any other experimental game from the last few GDCs. Games have a long way to go and only a fraction of the medium's true potential has been tapped.- PC Gamer October preview PDF file
I can understand why you would make stuff to read on the go or wherever. The problem is the PDF format itself, it takes a ton of resources to run and doesn't really give much of an advantage compared to doc or even txt most of the time. They haven't managed to make a better pdf-like format in like ~8 years.- PC Gamer October preview PDF file
Great preview. I'm convinced that the pdf format was created by the Devil himself, no man is capable of something that devious. Why are people still using it again?- Yahtzee reviews
Don't worry, I'm sure there will be a day when I'm too sick/drunk/internetless to post and you can have your time in the limelight As for the review, it's ok, I wish he had demolished Batman's character a bit more, because there's enough material there for 10 ZPs. Ugh comic superheroes...- Yahtzee reviews

Gee, what a ****ing surprise. I don't know why I even bother replying to you, you seem totally convinced in your theory. Feel free the continue the witch hunt.- Games for Windows & Achievements
I don't do GFWL achievements, I do have some Steam achievements, if you really want to see them. Also, I have played GTA IV at a friend's place, but no way in hell would I want to own that buggy mess. Also, you don't have to "deactivate" the GFWL service, you can just create an offline account and not have it pop up all the time.- Planescape: Torment Topic
I'm sure there a forum for it with people lamenting the lack of coverage BaK gets and complaining about how lame copycats like PST steal all their thunder. It's all relative, dude.- Planescape: Torment Topic
I'd subscribe to that theory.- Games for Windows & Achievements
Ok, someone needs to explain this to me. I can understand why a pirate like Purkake would think it's a nuisance (since it also functions as some sort of DRM), but for a normal user? I've only played a few games using Windows For Games Live and the last two worked like this: I started up the game, a small box exclaimed that I was online and then I didn't notice it. Except for perhaps once every second hour when I achieved something. How is that terrible? I find it very slick and unobtrusive. I mean, compare it to Rockstar's Social Club and it's an absolute dream! Oh, hey. Are we having a witch hunt already? It not even October yet. I'll go out on a limb here and say that you're a closet-pirate. - Planescape: Torment Topic
