20k is meh. Need 150k for most expensive armor. Some of the Halbech data will get sent to Scarlett for rep. 1mil is not a possibility. Anyways none of that was the point. I'm not here to debate the game, but to mod it. $100 for a enemy drop is PATHETIC. I'll change that too once I find it.

Is there any way to increase the amounts of money given to the player? By emails, drops, resale values on items? Increasing tech tree bonuses or is it sabotage?

Is it possible to edit the resale value of weapons? Thus netting more cash?

Sometimes blind or dumb luck helps. Once in a while the second code will be above or below the first. I also find it easier to spot codes near the corners than I do in the middle. I've also found it easier to hack on PC version looking at my monitor than it is even on bigscreen hdtv for the 360 version. That may just be me. I'm no great hacker but I have gotten better at. Like most minigames I do fail them occaisonally.

Halliburton/ Bechtel seems almost certain to be the inspiration for the name. So yeah, basically the Bush administration (ohohoho). It also seems obvious to me that Shaheed is OBL (Osama bin Laden) when talking about defeating the West with its own weapons. Al Samad=Al Qaeda. Bear in mind that AP is fiction and any resemblances are purely coincidental = Plausible Deniability. LOL.

Espionage RPG. "You had me at Hello. " Made by Obsidian. I knew it was going to be good. Having the release date get pushed back didn't deter me in the end. Honestly I didn't read a single review before purchasing the game. I did however, see advertisements for it. Back in April was it? GameStop was offering a assault weapons pack if you pre-order. Well, that sealed the deal. I pre-ordered back then. Though I would've wanted the stealth weapons pack if I'd have known about that. Either way. Win for Obsidian. I also own many other Obsidian titles so I wasn't going to let this one pass by. Even if I hadn't pre-ordered.

My C: drive is kept as a system partition and I do not install games to it. My hard drives get optimized every night while I'm sleeping. I have 3GB ram system, intel e6600 core2duo, 1GB 4850 ATI vid card, win 7, 16gb Ramboost, 6gb HD cache. Not trying to brag, just pointing out that AP shouldn't hurt my system. Also I had alter the audio found in the 5.1 fix thread, but have since gone to using Alchemy instead. I recommend to anyone trying the optimizations given in the above link. AP performed a whole lot better.

But if you let your Endurance charge back up before going to fight again.. Won't need them. I find that's what I do usually. Find someplace to hide for 11 or 12+ seconds. Come back and shoot a couple more. Rinse/repeat. If you get into firefights with 4+ mobs you may really need them. I also found I needed less First Aid Kits overall and used the wall mounted (FREE) ones instead. A bit cheesy but cuts down costs.

Perhaps I goofed something up when I altered my files. Copy/Pasting the file MartenDee provided fix my game. Still this thing needs optimized better or ways to optimize it with better gui. My desire to tweak ini files is NIL.

Although using Alchemy sounds better. I'm going to with the more like this fix is stereo X 2 mode someone mentioned before. Anyways. It's not really a fix for all if people don't have a Creative sound card.

Not being able to alt-tab is FAIL. When it works with every other game I've bought. I'm not buying "it's your system" crap. I've got a very high end system.

Actually you get more per gadget slot if you buy the upgrade. Yes you can still stick them in multiple gadget slots if needed, as was mentioned.

Issues I'd like to see get resolved are: *ClearingHouse glitches - Initial Load and load of other categories of merchandise. * Mouse look stutter/glitch - or whatever is causing that as a result. * 5.1 issue resolved. A UI in options to tell it what you have would work too. * Loading bugs fixed. The ones that make enemies disappear. (FYI this is present in the 360 version also ) Other things I'd like to see but not as critical - * More saves. Able to switch between multiple careers (Mikeys). * Rethink, redo or re-explain the stats on weapons/mods. Example. Why on earth would anyone spend over 100k for a weapon that does +2 more damage?

Having played console version, yes the game is that good and compelling it should have a sequel. Having also bought a PC version it makes me very unhappy all the glitches that make it unenjoyable to play. Need to get their "stuff" together before making another title.

Just for giggles I tried the suggested tweaks to APgame.ini and it did ZERO for helping the Clearinghouse Lag. I believe what I am upset over is a huge loading time when the game itself doesn't say loading. The mouse freezes or AP does rather till the CH comes up. Same thing happens when selecting another line (going from pistols to smg to shotguns, etc. ). This is painful and very unacceptable. Along with the 5.1 sound issue and what causes the mouse look stuttering, these taken together makes the game disappointing and a big let down. Now I know why AP has gotten poor reviews its these problems in playing the PC version. Also FYI: turning everything OFF under advanced won't do jack to help this problem either. This is not tolerable.

I too have a widescreen monitor, desktop is 1440x900. However, I lowered my resolution and got a nice increase in FPS. Not the fix I was hoping for, but the game runs better.

DEP didn't solve all my issues with the safehouse computer, Mainly Clearinghouse is where my MAJOR issues lie. However, it did quicken the initial screen of accessing it. Reading emails seem to be ok. Switching items in the clearinghouse is still ABSOLUTELY PAINFUL!

Well it's horrible bug that does exist for some. Myself included. My system runs the game fine, except for the Clearinghouse is so Laggy and causes FPS go down to single digits. Yes I have the latest audio and video drivers.
