Could'nt he have COD'd it or sent an invoice? RA? I've wanted a crossbow for a while, but you need a special license for them here. Happy birthday

I've been thinking of buying one myself, either a Ferrous Wolf, Sin Bad or an D'Capitan, I have a really hard time deciding though. They all so smexy!

It's a light brown with shades of gold and purple. Sort of a pearlescent brown. It's weird as I said, and I can't get a good picture of it. I've tried to get some images, but I can't move them from my phone. 'Cuz it is poop. Nah, we use elk! Reindeer are way to weak

Technically yesterday, but; Bought a car. Volvo 940 Classic -98. Excellent condintion for it's age, minor rust along the back wheelarches and the AC does'nt work, but the engine, chassis, and the important parts are in perfect condition. The colour is really, really weird though.

Recently got myself a credit card, and I do regret it a bit. I'm finding I have to sit on my hands to not go on a spending spree on GOG and similar things. I need that money for a car and drivers license! ... But I really, really want to buy all of gog's inventory. */crai

I might consider an electric car if the batteries were'nt so dirty, and if the recharge time was the same as a petrol vehicle. Then again, I really like combustion engines. Would prefer a cleaner fuel for them instead.

I can appreciate that. But not in an Illinois (and possibly Swedish?) winter, then you just have another car in the garage that you cant drive for ~4 months without fear of spectacular spinouts. Not really, if you've got real winter tyres there is'nt much of a problem. The most common car in Sweden up until recently was a real wheel drive Volvo. As an extra bonus, I can take the car to races after some tuning. Having so much snow that 4WD is a need is really rare here, in the northernmost parts, maybe. And if you need 4WD because there are wet leaves on the ground, you should reconsider your choice in tyres

I've been looking at cars. I need to get me a ride that I can practice driving with, and one that my mate can drive to work with (Because **** riding 4 people in this, for 40kms) while I'm doing my tests and such. Beeing a bit picky with cars there are really only two different alternatives; BMW 3/5 series (With the inline-6) or Volvo 100/200/700/900 series. Rear Wheel drive is a must. BMW's have a good standard when it comes to equipment, just about every one I've looked at has AC and other niceties wich is more rare with Volvos, not to mention their engines are great. Volvo's are sturdier and easier to maintain and many of the spare parts that have been made since 1966 until 1998 are interchangeable. The downside is that they're much thirstier when it comes to petrol. I've gotten my eyes on this -03 BMW 525i but I'm getting cold feet. I really would prefer a 3-series, but everything about that 525 is nice, except the price. It's even in the same general area. I HATE decisions like this. :<

I'm getting more and more scared by the day :/

Love the sound of that, I love walking around in the woods after snowfall and just enjoy the view. Not that I would be able to do that in my current state. My fever has gone up slightly, and I can't fall asleep - because I need to find my way out of that frigging labyrinthe before being allowed to sleep. Love fever hallucinations when one is trying to sleep...

I have a pretty large yard to clear unfortunately, but if there is a snowstorm there's no reason for me to go to work. Hell, if there's a bit of sleet lorries seem to stop running so we get nothing to do at work. Last time there was snowfall we spent 6 hours cleaning the building.

Bit late to the party, but saw Deadpool a couple of weeks ago. It was awesome! First time in over a decade that I went to the movies, the sideeffects were exactly what I thought, massive headache from the high volume, and the seats were'nt the most comfortable. Still worth it.

Ohh, you lucky bastard, I also want a snowstorm. :<

I'm home with illness. Don't know what, but possibly influenza. High fever, bit of a runny nose, and one hell of a cough. It's not a constant cough, but I do get fits where I almost vomit and the pain in my chestmuscles is epic.

That first one is absolutely gorgeous.

Worst. Year. Ever. And it's only been two weeks.

What would you do if you had unlimited time and money?

I'd share my wealth and make sure to have enough to live comfortably and spend my time with my mates. -
Was eating dinner today at work and talking to my workmates, and the topic of good TV shows came up. Everyone was arguing back and forth between varying shows and when they asked me what my favourite show was, I simply replied; "Firefly." I did'nt expect anyone there to have seen it except my RL friends, no "nerds" were present besides me and the two of my friends that I work with. Everyone at the table agreed. Not one word of dissent! Everyone was equally suprised as me. Amongst a group of 18 people between 20-40 years old and many different backgrounds, everyone was just angered that there was'nt any continuation of the series. Good day.

I have to say though, the scale looked very off when he went into the atmosphere. That planet came of as tiny to me. I still wants this though. Preferably with a Newtonian flightmodel.

Wait... Did he just say... MICRO cannons? That's it, I'm boycotting!

It's been the same here (Not really surprising, but still). We had one day with below freezing temperatures here, but other than that it's been really warm. It's uncanny having temperatures of +8C during the nights in december. Just came home from my grandmothers funeral, was... awkward. That side of the family has always been a bit pretentious, it was in the same chapel as my other grandmothers funeral, but the mood and atmosphere was very different. Much more rigid and heavyhanded with the churchiness. Wich came as all wrong, because my grandmother was atheistic as ****. I'm thinking about contacting a lawyer or something and making certain that my own funeral is lighthearted easy going. Going to have clothing as "klädnad; Valfri" wich translates to "what you feel like" but can be interpreted as "optional". Anyone that comes naked gets a cake.

Well, except Saturday. Unless you're very Norse and call Saturdays Lördag.
