  2. That's the weird thing. The uncensored versions share their steam entry including the us. So, it might not be just europe.

  8. More evidence for another project. Brian has worked on the cancelled Dwarfs at Obsidian during 2005/2006 before rejoining in February 2012 as a senior designer on South Park. Possible South Park DLC? Or a entirly new project?
  9. Nina Huynh has joined Obsidian Entertainment as a technical animator as of this month. Before this she worked at Fireforge for two years and at Double Helix for three. A warm welcome from all of us Nina!

  12. Yes, you can use your gamepad on PC. In the case of gameplay videos the player charachter was made all powerful in the first video and the second video is just the tutorial. Multiple previews mentioned that combat got harder and they were only allowed to play an hour. So, yes. Combat gets harder.

  15. We don't know what exactly that script consisted of. But, generally I would think yes to both answers. I doubt Obs wasn't involved in quest design as much as I doubt Matt and Trey didn't provide at least a bit of input into system design.

  18. Exactly. They had an hour. There may as well be none, but discounting it from the playtime they had is mighty silly. My fear is that there is there is no mention of such features in any of the marketing. Whoever's in charge might simply not prioritize this over "self-insert into South Park". South Park has a ridiculous international fan base anyway, so why bother? However many collectibles and side-quests this game might have, if the player can do everything in one playthrough, replayability will suffer. I mean, if the only difference between playthroughs is PC's class, and if that only affects battle mechanics and some spoken lines, that's not enough. Of course, Obsidian never made a completely narratively linear game before. So that's something. Lots and lots of ifs. Seriously, no offense. But, you're assuming and somehow treat that assumption already as a fact for yourself.

  22. A bit late we can welcome Erik Bretz to Obsidian as a Senior Level Designer. Previously he had a long history with Zombie Studios from 2003 - 2012 before joining Obsidian in April 2013.
